In addition to a brand new fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable box spring bed (1.80 m wide) awaits you in the separate bedroom and in the living room a sofa that can be folded down to a bed with a width of 1.40 m. Here is also the place to chill. You can have a cozy breakfast in the separate kitchen. In the garden behind the house you will find two bicycles for excursions in the green surroundings.

Open the doors and the large and surrounding wooden terrace becomes the outdoor extension of the inner comfort zone in apartment 3. Here you can enjoy the sun from breakfast to a drink at sunset without losing sight of the lake.

The quiet 2-room apartment is located in picturesque Störmthal in close proximity to Leipzig. Within walking distance you can reach the lake, which offers many leisure activities and beautiful beaches. In 10 minutes you can reach the city center of Leipzig, where there is plenty to discover. The apartment has a large terrace and the garden can also be used. Here you can end the evenings comfortably with a glass of wine or a barbecue.
