Victor ist ein super freundlicher und unkomplizierter Gastgeber. Das absolute Highlight der Wohnung ist die große Terrasse und die Lage, es ist wirklich direkt am Meer. Das war gerade mit Kleinkind total schön, weil man auch mal "kurz" zum Strand konnte, ohne immer alles mitzuschleppen. Wir waren Ende Mai bis Mitte Juni da und zumindest in dieser Zeit, war der Strand immer unglaublich leer (Außer am Wochenende, aber selbst dann fand ich ihn nicht sonderlich überfüllt.) Ein Mietwagen ist schon nötig, alleine weil man so die Möglichkeit hat die schönen Städte in der Umgebung zu erkunden. Das überschaubare Rota hat uns besonders gut gefallen. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und mit allen ausgestattet was man benötigt. Ich denke, wir waren nicht zum letzten Mal da. Danke Victor, dass wir uns wie zuhause fühlen durften!

Tan solo hemos pasado una noche pero todo a sido perfecto. Álvaro es una gran persona, atenta y amable. todo estaba muy limpio, ordenado y como se describe en el anuncio. Volvereee!!!

A great place for your visit to Sanlucar - right by the beach and an easy walk to the centre of town for the bars and bodegas. Clean and comfortable, and Luisa was always quick to respond to messages.

Jose Luis ist ein wunderbarer Gastgeber, persönlicher Checkin, gute Kommunikation und Empfehlungen für die Umgebung. Das Apartment war sauber, gemütlich und mit Allem ausgestattet, was wichtig ist. Hemos pasado unos estupendos días en familia. La casa es preciosa, con todas las comodidades y súper bien equipada, lo cual ha hecho que sea una estancia fantástica. La casa es tal cual las fotos e incluso mejor en directo! Todo muy limpio y a un paso de la playa! Y con Susana la comunicación ha sido súper fluida y muy cercana. Llevamos idea de repetir el próximo año! 😊

Una maravilla de apartamento, por poner alguna pega la TV del salón de pixela bastante, pero es un problema del estrecho..., por lo demás todo genial, volveremos seguro, muchas gracias a los propietarios por tener todo tan bien y con tanto gusto.

Petit appartement très bien aménagé avec tout ce qu’il vous faut pour le séjour. Très bien placé dans la vieille ville avec la plage à deux minutes à pied

El apartamento de Maite es de lo mejor que puedes encontrar en Costa Ballena. Es amplio y nuevo. Tiene mucha luz y esta bien equipado. El Aire Acondicionado prácticamente no hace falta porque es bastante fresco simplemente abriendo un par de ventanas. Tiene dos terrazas excelentes y las habitaciones son de un buen tamaño. La playa queda a 10 minutos andando o 5 en bicicleta. Esta situado en una zona tranquila de Costa Ballena. La urbanización tiene varias piscinas que no suelen esta muy llenas y un par de pistas de paddle. Con lo único que tuvimos algún problemita fue con el calentador de agua. Es muy pequeño para una familia de cuatro personas si a todos nos da por ducharnos uno detrás del otro, seria importante avisarlo con antelación para que los huéspedes se organicen, porque una vez que ya lo sabes deja de ser un problema. Se echan de menos papeleras en los baños y un secador de pelo mas grande. Pero en general estuvimos muy cómodos y la comunicación con Maite fue muy fluida

Wir haben es sehr genossen, in dem schönen, grosszügigen, sehr gut ausgestatteten Haus mit tollem Pool und Kamin zu wohnen. Die Nähe zum Strand und den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist ideal. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl und durch Beatriz sehr gut betreut.

We had a great stay at Luis’ place. The villa is exactly as pictured and feels very luxurious inside. Luis was very responsive and even gave us lots of local recommendations for restaurants, supermarkets and activities. The location is perfect and you can walk easily to many beautiful beaches. We would definitely choose this villa to stay in again of we came back to the area.

Das App. ist noch schöner als auf den Fotos. Den Meerblick/Sonnenuntergang haben wir sehr genossen. Alles vorhanden was man braucht und sauber. Die Nähe zum Supermarkt, Strand und den Restaurants ist fantastisch. Leider konnten wir den Pool nicht nutzen, da wir zur Vorsaison hier waren. Sieht aber sehr gut aus. Man kann es nur empfehlen.

We had a lovely weekend stay in El Puerto de Santa María. The accommodation was very pleasant and exactly as described. The house was clean, comfortable, and very well equipped — we had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Our host was extremely helpful and responsive, always available to answer our questions and offer assistance when needed, which we really appreciated. The only downside was that we didn’t have access to the swimming pool, even though the listing mentioned it would be open in June. That was a bit disappointing, as we were really looking forward to using it. Still, overall a great stay and we would happily return!

Apartamento maravilhoso, mesmo frente à praia, perto de muitos restaurantes e bodegas. Muito limpo e totalmente equipado. Anfitriã sempre disponível para ajudar. Ainda por cima, e sem sabermos antecipadamente, estava a decorrer a Feria de la Manzanilla, mesmo junto ao apartamento. Maravilhoso

The place was great, close to restaurants and with an amazing view. Only problem was the garage, they did warn me before arriving that it only fits a small car, but I only have one car so I had to go with it and finally pay for parking in a garage nearby. They could improve the listing by having photos of the narrow street and the garage elevator, and some measurements. Otherwise we loved this place, clean and cozy, great location.

This place is phenomenal. The apartment is huge, very spacious and has everything you need. Lots of cafes and restaurants within easy walking distance and obviously the beach on your doorstip. And the view is even better than the photos, I couldn't rave about it any more highly. Lourdes was an amazing host, she went out of her way to help myself and my parents have a wonderful stay and we would not hesitate to return. Also great location for getting into the old town on the bus (stops right outside the door) while also being able to drive in and out of the town without traffic. And having a parking spot is an absolute bonus. Everything was wonderful and it was the perfect end to our trip.

La estancia ha sido excelente. La comunicación con el anfitrión fue rápida, clara y muy amable desde el primer momento. El piso estaba impecable: limpio, bien cuidado y con todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda. Lo que más destacaría es la luminosidad del lugar, ¡entra muchísima luz natural y da una sensación muy agradable! Sin duda, lo recomendaría y repetiría.

This top floor apartment is fully equipped, clean and spacious and was perfect for our party of three. The local host Nono was very helpful and flexible with arrival and departure times. The parking space was very secure under the building and just big enough for our small SUV (Nissan Juke). All in all an excellent place to stay. Thank you

Walking into the apartment the first thing you see is the fantastic view of the beach ,sea and Cadiz in the distance. Everything is new and super clean. We were very comfortable. We were very happy with the location. It is near to lots of bars and restaurants. A supermarket is a few minutes away too. We could walk into Cadiz or catch a bus just outside.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Alfonso. L'appartement est très bien équipé ( climatisation, machine à laver, aspirateur, literie impeccable, vaisselle nombreuses...) très propre et le parking est un réel plus. Une fois la voiture garée, vous pouvez tout faire à pied: centre ville et plage. La vue est magnifique du 8e étage. Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Todo genial,Joaquín encantador y nos ayudó en todo lo que pudo,lo único malo es que estaban con obras los edificios de al lado estos días y muy temprano ya se les escuchaba,pero por el resto el apartamento está muy bien.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in Claudias Wohnung direkt neben dem Mercado Central in Cádiz. Die Lage ist einfach unschlagbar – mitten in der Altstadt, alles fußläufig erreichbar, und der tägliche Besuch am Markt war ein echtes Highlight. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Alles war super sauber, gemütlich und gleichzeitig modern – man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Auch die Ausstattung ließ nichts zu wünschen übrig, es war an alles gedacht. Claudia war eine tolle Gastgeberin: freundlich, gut erreichbar und hilfsbereit, wenn man Fragen hatte. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder – Cádiz ist traumhaft und ihre Wohnung der perfekte Ausgangspunkt, um die Stadt zu entdecken. Absolute Empfehlung!
