Beach house vacation rentals in Rota

We spent 10 days in the house and the truth is that with the pool and all the activities to do, it was a very entertaining stay. The house is the same as in the photos and is very close to everything. If we return to the area, we will repeat for sure!

The apartment is very nice and bright and you feel right at home. It is in a gated community, very quiet and very safe and well-kept and close to the beach. Also having parking inside is an advantage, as well as having a shopping mall next door with restaurants, shops, etc. In addition, Antonio was very friendly and approachable from the beginning and made everything easy. We wanted to come back and stay a few more days.

The photos don’t do this place justice. It’s a lovely, spacious home in a quiet area, just a short walk from the beach and perfectly located to drive and explore. It had everything we could have needed and was super clean throughout. The children loved the pool and our dog loved the sprinkler system that came on each morning! The only downside was that we couldn’t stay longer. Thank you. We hope to be back really soon!

From booking to stay to departure, we were very satisfied. Anton was always available via text messages, on site was a friend of his for the key handover and handover. He only speaks Spanish but with TranslatorApp no problem. The location is excellent, quiet, but only a few meters to the beach, promenade and nice restaurants. The Helladeria is right next door with the best pistachio ever.. So far the best place to stay in Chiclana, gladly again. 😎

The apartment is a great option to go to Sanlúcar as it is next to the beach and a short walk from both downtown and Bajo de Guía. It is renovated like everything new and in good condition and in addition, we went in winter and the heating worked very well. Communication with Jaime was clear and easy and he let us leave an hour later, totally leaving for him because it was a new year.

This was an amazing place, made our stay so much better, the place was exactly as the host described it, I will not think twice to stay here again if I find my self back in Sanlucar, the best part was that the beach, it was less than 100 meters from the apartment. I definitely recommend this place to anyone that wants to spend some time in this beautiful town, and this incredible place. This is a very happy customer.

We had a fantastic stay at this stunning house in Sanlúcar! The home is spacious, beautifully decorated, and the private swimming pool was absolutely perfect for relaxing (and safe with babies). Everything inside was spotless and well-equipped. The only downside was the surrounding neighborhood, which felt a bit rundown and lacked shops within walking distance. However, the house itself more than made up for it — a true oasis! Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a peaceful and comfortable getaway.

Everything was great. The accommodation was great, newly renovated. Best location possible, the beach next door. Quiet development, with many services (pool, tennis court and paddle tennis) lots of grass and a bar.

We've been at Jose Manuel's for 14 days. The house is as described by Jose Manuel in the listing, although the photos don't do it justice. It has everything you need to spend a vacation stay, it is very spacious and located in a very central, residential and quiet area. Upon our arrival the house was clean, with the beds made, fresh and new sheets and towels. It has air conditioning in the main room, a standing fan and one of the rooms has a ceiling fan, enough to withstand the heat. The communication with Jose Manuel has been fantastic from before our arrival, giving us all the facilities both when entering and leaving. He has made us great recommendations for visits, shopping and gastronomy and his response has always been very quick to a couple of doubts that arose to us, it is available 24/7. We have been renting houses since 2021 in the area and this is definitely for repeat.

The accommodation is wonderful to go with the family (especially with children, fabulous). The problem is when you go out into the street, your comfort zone disappears

Lovely big house a short walk away from a stunning beach, plenty of restaurants and a few small shops that easily sell enough for breakfasts & lunches. The house is very well equipped - especially the kitchen - and the water purifier and ice maker within the fridge was great to have. We didn't hire a car, and relied on taxis to take us a bit further afield which were easy to book. A car would be useful if you want to use the house as a base to explore the area, but isn't at all essential. Communication with the host was excellent. Thank you for a fantastic holiday!

Virtudes house is an amazing airbnb. Super quiet next to a forest and on walking distance to several beautiful beaches. The house has a small garden and a private parking space. Fast and stable internet and an excellent matrass. Don't hesitate to book.

Have a good family weekend with all the amenities. The house is in a very quiet residential complex and close to the beach (about 200 meters down some stairs, although we avoided it and accessed it by a ramp that was 1.7 km away). The house is spacious, 3 bathrooms, kitchen with everything you might need, air conditioning in all rooms... the garden is great and spacious to eat in. It has direct access to a good pool. As for the owners, they are friendly and respond quickly. They also gave us good information about what to do and where to eat in the area. I would definitely rent it again

A beautiful villa to stay in. Exactly as described, spotlessly clean and very well equipped. We stayed as a group of six.. my wife and me, daughter and partner and two granddaughters. The accomodation was perfect for us. Beach directly opposite, a short walk to town with good selection of bars and restaurants. We stayed in this area to go to Motogp in Jerez, which was about a 40 minute drive. I would have no hesitation in recommending Diegos villa, superb experience from start to finish... Thank You.

The stay has everything. The terrace upstairs at sunset for great dinners, with a cooking iron, sink and a small refrigerator. Everything is quite new and the beds are comfortable. You get to the beach in a couple of minutes. The host Lola is very nice. We had a good stay.

This is an amazing space in a great spot. The home is extremely clean and in great condition. The beach, walking space, and food are all right there just minutes walking from the home. The host was extremely helpful and responsive to any questions I had, which were numerous because I’m not familiar with Spain. Next time I take a vacation in Spain, I will spend the entire trip here.
