My loft is characterized by it's cozyness and perfect location for summer and winter tourism in Schladming (skiing, trekking, rafting, cycling, climbing...). On the sunny terrace you can have your meals outside or just enjoy the beautiful view to the mountains and the Planai. As I sometimes live in this apartment there are personal things which I kindly ask you to treat well :)

Vacation home in a farmhouse over 400 years old, which has been completely renovated and offers every comfort. The house on the centrally located sunny Birnberg plateau is only a few minutes' drive from Schladming, Ramsau am Dachstein and Haus im Ennstal.
