Spacious, Air Conditioner, Few Minutes to the Castle

This is a beautiful elegant apartment with hardwood floors and antique furniture. There are 3 bedrooms: master bedroom with king-size bed and private terrace/ patio, second bedroom with two twin beds that can become a king-size bed and with direct access to the big terrace, the third bedroom with two twin beds that can be joined if necessary. There is plenty of closet space, ideal for six . A cot and a high chair are available upon request, for no extra charge. It has two bathrooms, both with a new big shower, a fully-equipped kitchen, open plan dining and living area, and a wonderful terrace where you can enjoy dining and sunbathing. The large wraparound terrace is furnished with dining table, eight chairs, and three long chairs. The garden belongs to the condominium but rarely there are other people ( only 5 apartments and 4 of them are rarely occupied ). You can enjoy the garden and pick the ripe fruit directly from the trees , in season. The care taker will be available for informations regarding the house and the area. The property is located 5 minutes walking distance from the center of town, which is home to a number of great shops, restaurants, markets, a pharmacy, and beaches. It is also 3 minutes from the cable car. We can arrange taxi from and to the airport or other destinations. The house has 1 parking space included in the price. An additional parking can be purchase for 40€/week. This is a perfect place for guests that needs peace and yet it is a very easy, short walk to the center of town.

Great place, plenty of space and not least you have access to most things you need. If you love to use your legs, there is a short distance to Campitello and Canazei. Fontanezzo is very quiet, but only a few hundred meters away there is a cozy Pizzeria, with very good food and nice staff. We had some wonderful days and the apartment is very centrally located for Via Ferrata trips and hiking in the mountains. For the youngest, the game room in the basement was an added bonus, where there was table tennis and football games, etc. It may be worth mentioning that the tiles on the floors make the apartment somewhat floor cold, so bring something you can use indoors. The beds were good, the washer and dryer in the basement are of course a plus when you are a lot on a trip.

We had a really nice time in the apartment. There were two of us and the apartment was super sufficient and the view of the mountains made it perfect. One small note: The house rules state that toilet paper, dish soap, etc., would be to bring your own. However, we had overlooked it because it was not in the description and we honestly do not read the house rules directly. So we had to buy some new things we would have had at home.

We had a great time, and definitely recommend this appartment. The keyholder Martina is a kind and responsive host, she was waiting for us to check-in till late. The location is perfect: at close walking distance to three cable cars, supermarket, restaurants and everything else in Ortisei. Clean and spacious appartment, with nice bathroom and kitchen, comfy bed, and balcony with beautiful view (and two deck chairs ;-))

Nadia and Eduardo were excellent hosts. They were flexible, clear, and always responsive via message. The apartment was better and bigger than the photos represented and it had all the necessary appliances. Internet was intermittent, but we spent far much more time outside than in. Campitello di Fassa is the perfect alternative to Canazei and is accessible via a beautiful river trail only minutes away on a bike. This area is perfect for families with kids of all ages and for outdoor enthusiasts. We’ll definitely be back!

This motel was perfect! It was very quiet, clean and the staff were super friendly. If we had any requests they were quick to help us! The view outside our room was amazing and waking up to it each day was perfect, rain or shine. It does feel a bit older inside but regardless it had everything you need. We even cooked in the kitchen - albeit you do need to buy your own cooking oil and seasoning if you do. We enjoyed our stay very much!
