Cottage with sea view for 1 or 2 families, as the house has a large separate annex with its own bathroom and toilet. Just a stone's throw from the lovely beach, you will find our newly built cottage, where you can enjoy the sea view while having your morning coffee on the terrace after a dip in the sea. The house is beautifully situated on the beach, Dybesø, Flyndersø and Korshage, where there is plenty of opportunity for beautiful nature experiences. Just a short bike ride away, you will find Rørvig By with cafes and restaurants as well as a cozy harbor.

The house is completely new with quality materials and the details have been taken care of. The house is very spacious with a large kitchen-living room with access to a large terrace as well as a large living room with access to a covered terrace. The house contains four bedrooms and two large bathrooms - one with a sauna and access to an outdoor shower and one with a bathtub.

Newly renovated cottage on a large natural plot

In the summer of 2021, we took over our neighbor's house from Karen, hence the name Karen's house. With a busy year of renovation, Karen's House has been transformed into a modern summer oasis in one of Denmark's coziest cottage areas with walking distance to both the harbor and the beach. The house consists of 3 rooms, a bathroom and a large kitchen-living room. The house is surrounded by a large wooden terrace that offers sun, barbecue and garden furniture. Linen package is charged at DKK 50 per person. In weeks 25-35, only whole weeks.

Spacious, older cottage in nostalgic style. 3 bedrooms in each corner of the 106 m2 house. There are 2 living rooms and 2 terraces, one covered. Outdoor shower (if frost-free) and sauna in the garden are available for free use. (Electricity cost approx. DKK 20/45 min) The house is centrally located on the water side of Rørvigvej. The trip to the lovely sandy beach goes along Porsevej and through the sand escape plantation. About 12 min on foot. Lyngkroen, a supermarket, and mini golf are within walking distance. Newly renovated and spacious 131 m² vacation home in beautiful Rørvig. Enjoy the sun all day in the large, secluded garden and the enclosed sun courtyard, where there's almost always shade. Only a 10-minute walk to the child-friendly beach and close to Højsandet, the plantation and Rørvig Harbor. Inside, there's a large, bright living room, a wood-burning stove, and plenty of space for family and friends. With central heating and a heat pump, the house is also wonderful for late summer, autumn, and winter.

Super cozy cottage located 250 meters from a nice child-friendly sandy beach. The house is within walking distance of Nykøbing Sjælland, where there are good eateries and grocery stores. The house has a nice secluded terrace with barbecue, garden furniture, patio heater and fire pit, for the beautiful summer evenings. The property is located on a quiet road up to a small piece of forest but with a nice flat lawn for garden games. There are 2 bicycles for free use and only 6 km to cozy Rørvig.

Welcome to this amazing and cozy cottage located on undisturbed natural land and with direct access to private beach. The house is decorated in modern beach house style – ”simple living” with a great amount of charm and a personal touch! The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!
