A spacious, modernised Grade II listed town house in quaint Foss Street, right in the heart of beautiful and historic Dartmouth. The property is very close to the local Mayor's Avenue car park (a minute walk away).
Situated on a pedestrianised street well-known for its artisan shops and galleries, the house is very close to all shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants in the town centre, and just a couple of minutes' walk from the River Dart.
The space
Entry is via a main door at street level, leading into a hallway and further front door that leads to a set of stairs to the first floor and main living space.
Entry is via keypad on the street and Nuki remote lock for the inner front door.
The first floor comprises a large kitchen and dining area, leading into a relaxing and very comfortable lounge area, with large sash windows allowing views onto Foss Street.
There is also a small cloakroom on this floor, with toilet and washbasin.
A further set of stairs leads up to the second floor, which comprises of a large family bathroom (with toilet, sink and large standalone shower cubicle), a main bedroom with a king size bed and views onto Foss Street, and a second bedroom that can be configured as a king size bed or 2 separate single beds.
