For the dogs: Our HUGE fenced backyard is what dogs dream about. Bunny rabbits frequently hop through the yard giving your furry friends something exciting to do. The park across the street has fantastic open fields for playing and paved walking trails for when you need to really wear out the four legged friends!

→ Living room - Giant leather sofa with two swivel chairs and poofs make this room great for conversation or tech-free family time.
→ Kitchen - Galley-style kitchen with all new stainless steel appliances. Equipped with all the necessary cooking tools and dishes. Pantry storage and an eat in dinette table with a window seat.
→ Dining Room - Gather around the oversized table for a family meal together. Seating for all 8 guests.
→ Game Room/Family Room - Located at the back of the house, this is where everyone chills out and relaxes together. Enjoy a classic arcade game console with THOUSANDS of classic games, foosball table, and a 70 inch smart TV. The sofa in here doubles as a pull-out queen bed. Dedicated workspace with desk and a comfy desk chair.
→ Solarium - This all-glass patio is one of the most special features of the home! Comfy couch seating makes this the best spot in the house to enjoy your morning coffee or yoga/meditation before the rest of the house wakes up. You'll find two yoga mats and two yoga blocks. Twinkle lights make this space dreamy in the evenings. This room has a separate AC unit to keep it cooler in the summer months.
→ Patio/Backyard - Huge private back yard, fully fenced with a fire-pit (bring your own firewood) and a gas grill. The driveway is located behind the security of the gate and there is a large carport which offers covered parking for 2 vehicles. (4 cars could fit back here but if it’s a tight fit for your vehicles, you can overflow to parking in the front cup-de-sac)
→ Primary Bedroom - King bed with 100% cotton bedding, a 45-inch smart TV, full size dresser, full-length mirror, and a huge walk in closet with hangers. Pack-n-play and highchair are stored in the primary closet.
→ Primary Bathroom - private ensuite bath with dual vanities, tons of storage, separate toilet and tub/shower combo. Stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, wash clothes, black microfiber makeup towels, and a hair dryer.
→ Bedroom 2 ("Queen Room")- Queen bed, 100% cotton bedding, vanity with mirror, and a walk in closet with hangers
→ Bedroom 3 ("Twin Room") - 2 twin beds, 100% cotton bedding, globe night-light, vanity with mirror, and a walk in closet with hangers
→Bathroom 2 - newly renovated tiled tub/shower, single vanity with plenty of storage, stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, wash clothes, black microfiber makeup towels and hair dryer
→ Laundry room/Mudroom - Washer, dryer, laundry basket and drying rack, ironing board, first aid kit, cleaning supplies, doggy clean up towels, sports equipment (tennis and pickle ball rackets and balls). There are plenty of hooks here everyone's stuff and shoe cubbies to keep things neat.
→Carport - covered guest parking for two vehicles behind fenced driveway.
→The Park - Our home sits directly across the street from an AWESOME park and an elementary school. This neighborhood is ideal for families. People are often out walking and playing at the park. Our homes faces two public tennis/pickle-ball courts, basketball courts, walking trails, a baseball field, multiple play grounds and plenty of open space for picnics and family activities. The setting is ideal and is a big part of why we love this home.
The Essentials you can expect:
→We will provide complimentary home and bath essentials to get you started, like soap, shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning supplies, & some laundry detergent. There is a Walmart and a grocery store only minutes away to stock up on anything for the full duration of your stay.
→The kitchen comes stocked with everything you need for meal prep and service including salt and pepper, sugar, a small handful of individual coffee creamers, an assortment of teas and ground coffee to get you started with the drip coffee pot and french press.
