The space
This condo has an open floor plan with the living room, dining area & kitchen at the front overlooking the beach. The bedrooms are towards the back of the condo. There is laundry inside the unit so you can always dry those swimsuits before another day on the sand!

Other things to note
Sea Glass is situated closer to the beach than many other complexes. When you are inside the condo, it feels like you really are right on the sand! It's a very relaxing feeling. The pool is in the middle of the condos, which protects it from the elements & makes for a nice spot to be outdoors when the weather is not so cooperative down at the beach!

Hosting a vacation rental definitely comes with a learning curve. I've managed & owned long term rentals for 15+ years. I found hosting vacation rentals to be far more enjoyable than long term rentals. Guests are usually on vacation & tend to be a lot happier!
