Villa Island Time Gecko is a 2 story custom waterfront estate with 4 bedrooms w/ private in suite bathrooms and 2 half baths. This unique property is located on Placencia Caye overlooking the Caribbean Sea.

The covered ocean pier is a fantastic place to watch the dolphins swimming.

Large covered patios on all levels overlook both the marina and the ocean, providing the perfect place to enjoy the amazing island breeze and sunrise/sunset which are some of the most beautiful views in Placencia!
