Y Beudy is an idyllic Cosy Cottage by the stunning west coast. In a lovely private setting on a 16 acre smallholding surrounded by lovely gardens and woodland. Direct access onto a public footpath leading to the All Wales Coast path. You can walk to the pretty coastal village and stunning beach at Llangrannog. With several more stunning beaches, towns and villages within a 10 minute drive it is the idyllic base from which to explore the magical West Wales Coast.

The space
The spacious ground floor provides an open plan Lounge Kitchen Diner with large Inglenook Fireplace
and lovely Cosy Log Fire. The 2 large comfortable sofas surround the
fire making it the perfect place to snuggle up in any weather! Digital
TV as well as a DVD/CD Player and plenty of Books and Games & free Wifi.
The handmade Kitchen is extremely well-equipped and has an
integrated ceramic hob, fan oven, Microwave and fridge. There is plenty
of work-top space and of course lots of storage space too. Beautiful
Beamed ceiling, solid wood flooring and lots of original features all
add to the wonderful character of the cottage.
An open staircase leads up to the Kingsize Bedroom with
exposed Beams and A-Frames and a wealth of homely touches. There is a
very comfortable King-Size Bed as well as a very traditional curtained
double size box-bed which is an ideal hideaway!
There is also a Wonderful DOUBLE-ENDED ROLLTOP BATH at one end of the bedroom which is ideal for that very luxurious candlelit soak!
The separate Ensuite showerroom has a spacious shower cubicle with a power shower.
Y Beudy has full Central Heating throughout which along with that
beautiful Log Fire and stunning setting makes an ideal cosy hideaway in
any weather
