Recently renovated, this elevated 5 Bedroom Colwyn Drive Home makes the perfect Beach Holiday Destination with multiple leisure areas to home the entire family.

Fireplace, WiFi, Netflix, Barbeque, Bar area, Pizza Oven, Large Deck amongst the Palm tree’s overlooking a sparkling pool, and a 1 min walk to the Beach.

The space
The space boasts 5 beautiful bedrooms and 3 spacious bathrooms (sleeps maximum of 8 adults and 2 children over 2 years old)

Upstairs - the master bedroom with king bed (2 singles) & ensuite, Aircon and ocean views. A second ocean facing bedroom with double bed and a third garden facing bedroom with queen bed and pedestal fans.

The downstairs bedrooms (2) are accessible through external stairs only and function as a private family suite overlooking the pool deck. With inter-leading rooms with a double & 2 single beds, a shared bathroom, kitchenette and air conditioning. This is perfect for older kids, teens or the in-laws ;)

A large entertainers kitchen island with a gas stove, full size double door fridge, coffee machine, oven, microwave, airfryer and then separate Scullery with deep freeze, washer, dryer and dishwasher.

Bar with bar fridge, indoor and outdoor dining areas, and full sliding doors for a true indoor / outdoor living experience. Pizza Oven & Weber for outdoor cooking.

Family Friendly (Camp Cot, Highchair, toys) and Pet Friendly (subject to Pet Rules)

There is enough parking for 5 vehicles off street.

Please note the stairs are NOT ideal for mobility challenged guests.
Mobile signal is problematic in the Colwyn Drive area, so you will need to rely on WiFi calling

Guests have exclusive use of the entire home and property.
Garage is for owners use only.

Vincent the House Manager lives on the property & will do a complimentary (Mon to Sat excluding public Holidays) household service clean and maintain both the garden and pool for you, so you can kick back and relax.

Other things to note
Maximum of 8 adults and 2 children over 2 years old.
Primary Guest must be minimum of 30 years old.

This lounge and living areas do not have Aircon, but masterful open space building & high ceilings ensure fantastic airflow through the property.

It is situated over the road from the beachfront. The beach is accessible by a servitude 3 houses North.

The property is NOT wheelchair friendly - there are steep stairs from the driveway to the house.

The pool has a pool net for safety - please remove at your own risk.

Baby Equipment is available on request. Kindly request 48 hours prior to checkin so that we may ensure it has been cleaned and sanitized in preparation for your arrival.
