The space
With room for up to 9 adults and kids, bring family and friends on your dream southern Utah vacation! There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms (one upstairs and one downstairs). . Bedroom 1: Queen bed, Bedroom 2: Queen bed, Bedroom 3: Full bed plus a pull out Trundle. Master bedroom also has a Fold out mattress for extra beds. There's also a sofa bed in the living room. Enjoy plenty of seating in the living room while you watch the large screen TV that has access to local channels and multiple streaming services. The kitchen and dining area are fully equipped to prepare and enjoy great meals to fuel up for everything you'll be doing that day. Kitchen items include, a crock pot, tea kettle, blender, hand mixer, pots and pans, muffin tin, cookie sheet, cake pan, bread pan, and toaster. When you come back, prepare a great dinner and gather around the table to discuss all your findings and plan for the next day's adventure. At bedtime, you'll be ready to sleep on one of the comfy queen beds (and there's even a twin pull-out attached to one of them). Your kids will love the cute decor and furnishings!
This property is a pet friendly property and does require a $50 pet fee if you plan on bringing your furry friends. Pet Policy: Pets are NOT allowed to be unattended in the home at any time, please understand and respect our policy.

Parking:
Vehicles must be parked in lined spaces and within those lines. Several complaints have been received that vehicles are occupying two or more stalls, parking is occurring in undesignated areas (areas that are not lined for parking stalls), etc. We ask that guests and residents park in the designated spaces properly to allow parking for everyone. Zip's Towing will be tagging vehicles that are parked inappropriately for possible towing if the parking violation is not corrected in a timely manner. Thank you for your cooperation!

Cancellations Terms: Please be advised there is a 3% cancelation fee regardless of the cancellation date.
Blue's Desert is centrally located near several attractions in Kanab. It's only a short walk or drive to multiple restaurants, shops, and other local destinations.
