Also 12 minutes to golf courses. For outdoor enthusiasts there are hiking places around and up to 25 Km radius, religious places, schools, colleges, universities, historic buildings, zoo and nature reserves.

The space
The house is in a quiet street in the leafy suburb of Sandton. The house is 265 square meters and some 40 meters from the main house separated by a sparkling shared pool. The house has a private off the street entrance and free secure parking on the premises.
It is fully furnished with modern fittings and spacious storage space in both the kitchen and bedrooms. Ready for you to unpack and stretch or deep into the pool.
The kitchen is fitted with modern fixtures to cook up your favorite meals. The house also boasts the following features:
DSTV with inverter backup during load shedding
Also has lounge offering a quiet corner for reading or just chilling, dining room, TV room with TV giving full view to the open plan, and a dedicated work station.
3 bedrooms all with private locks. Bedroom floors are laminated and warm. - The beds are covered in crispy linen and have electric under-blankets for chilly winter nights. There are extra blankets and pool towels in the cupboards.
Cleaning is done once a week for stays longer than 7 days. The out doors have a sparkling pool set in a matured garden with flora and trees including fruit trees.
There's outdoor furniture for out door braai (barbecue), dining and relaxation. Perfect setting for those long summer days.
The property is perfectly located for exploring the city and its surrounds or even venturing to the nearest game reserve which is 2 hours drive.

Guest access
Guests have access to free parking on the premises, the entire house, the garden and the pool in the garden.

Other things to note
- The backup serves the WIFI, DSTV and lights in the living area during power-outages. All other plugs are not working during load-shedding. There's a torch light for use to walk around when dark and a gas lighter to use for stove during power outages.
- There are portable air-coolers and fans for cooling and gas heater for those cool TV watching moments.

We are located 10 minutes from Sandton, Gauteng, the commercial hub of South Africa. We are 12 minutes to Mall of Africa, 12 minutes to Montecasino. We are 5 minutes to the major highways to north east south and west of Johannesburg. We are surrounded by places of interest such as Constitution Hill, museums, art galleries, botanical gardens, casinos, theaters, malls, zoological gardens , historical buildings night clubs and other places of entertainment. For outdoor activities there are restaurants, championship golf courses and hiking trails within a 25 kilometers radius. We are also surrounded by hospitals and emergency places.There are also various religious institutions around our location. There are a number of good schools colleges and universities in the nearby vicinity for those seeking scholarly inclined.
