Kai Cottage is a contemporary, stylish, light & relaxing space located in the beautiful neighbourhood of Constantia Hills. It is a self-catering 1 bed studio apartment with a shower bathroom, a well-fitted kitchen, a comfy lounge and a private balcony/garden courtyard. It is best suited for professionals, couples or families with young children. It is an open plan area, therefore recommended for a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children.

The space
Guests have the entire cottage to themselves. Included are Netflix, wi-fi internet (fibre), and ample safe parking. Guests have their own separate entrance, and their own balcony and small garden.

The sun-filled cottage has a king size extra length carved wooden bed, ottoman/sleeper couches (ideal for children), microwave oven, fridge, gas hob, electric oven, kettle, toaster, hairdryer, coffee/tea/sugar/sweeteners, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, herbs & spices.

The cottage is self-catering, but we do offer breakfast, washing & ironing services upon request for a small fee. There are 2 dogs and a cat onsite, all very friendly, but you are not obliged to welcome them into your space.

The cottage is surrounded by beautiful mountain and forest trails such as Tokai, Silvermine and Constantia Nek (walks, dog walks, picnics, trail runs and mountain biking). It is close to superb golf courses, outstanding beaches, with an abundance of excellent shops, spas, coffee shops and restaurants in the area.

Within driving distance (10-30min) of Kirstenbosch Gardens, Table Mountain, Hout Bay, Muizenberg, Kalk Bay, Fish Hoek, Simon’s Town, Noordhoek and Kommetjie --- mountains, waterfalls, dams, forests and beaches await you!
