This is one of the few places in the area with a pool.
Our newly renovated Guesthouse is located on the slopes of the Helderberg Mountain boasting spectacular views of the Mountains, Somerset West and the False Bay. We have chosen to decorate creating a light, colorful, inviting, cosy, modern and refreshing vibe. Our child friendly home is a lively, sociable and happy house. Come and enjoy a stay at The Views where you can relax on your own terrace, in the Garden, Pool or Lounge. Come join our family which includes 2 girls and 2 friendly Ridgebacks

The space
The big open spaced Breakfast area boasting gorgeous Mountain views, offers the ideal setting to start the day with a varied and healthy Breakfast including homemade breads, jams and yogurts. There is of course also a choice of fruit, cereal, cheese and cooked Breakfast. A cosy Sofa offers the perfect spot for some reading, chatting or simply enjoying a glass of wine. The relaxing big lounge area with Bar invites you to enjoy a drink, chat, Sport on the TV or just to have a nice and memorable time.
There is a nice big Garden including a big outdoor pool and Braai area.
There are 4 en suite rooms varying in size accommodating for the different needs of our guests. All rooms are ideal and suitable for couples, friends, family as well as for our guests on a business trip. They are all equipped with high speed internet, TV, kettle and small bar fridge. During the stay, all Guests have access to the kitchen in the afternoon and evening to prepare a Dinner or just a Snack. The ground floor rooms have direct access to the Garden. The big upstairs room with its own big lounge offers breathtaking views and has a north as well as south facing terrace where the morning and evening sun can be enjoyed.

If you love spending time in the Cape Winelands, and enjoy having quick access to the beach, Somerset West in the heart of the Helderberg region is the ultimate dream come true!
Stretching north to Stellenbosch and southeast to Sir Lowry’s Pass, the Helderberg Wine Route incorporates the majestic Helderberg Mountains, on the slopes of which some of South Africa’s finest vineyards flourish. The Helderberg region is truly one of the Western Cape’s treasures well worth exploring. Not only is it exquisitely beautiful, but as home to some of the oldest and best wineries in South Africa, the Helderberg Wine Route is steeped in history and culture, with some of the wineries having been family-run businesses for generations.

The area also offers a vast amount activities to please the outdoor junkies!
Mountain biking is one of the Cape’s great passions, and there are dozens of trails crisscrossing the region. The Helderberg Trails are some of the best on offer, catering newbies and hardcore bikers alike with four loops of increasing difficulty.

There are several world class Golf courses within 45min drive with 3 courses right on our doorstep alone. Somerset West, Strand, Helderberg, De Zalze, Stellenbosch, Devonvale, Pearl Valley and Paarl just to mention a few.

Passionate Hikers are spoilt for choice with many easy to difficult trails in the area. The Helderberg Nature Reserve for example is just down the road offering experienced hikers the opportunity to climb the Dome (1137m). The reserve also has numerous shorter trails accomodating for hikers of all level.
