Great location
100% of recent guests gave the location a 5-star rating.
This is our very special home that we look forward to sharing with you. Newstead Farm, built in 1848, is the original homestead of the valley and exudes charm and elegance. The location offers you the relaxed farm life but yet with easy access to so many of the wonderful things to do in the Midlands from excellent restaurants, top golf courses, wedding venues and schools. Newstead Farm is your escape in the countryside.

The space
This is a large one bedroom cottage that can sleep 4 (one king and two single beds, in one room). There is a full bathroom with bath and shower and separate toilet. There is a fully equipped kitchenette with a 2 plate stove and fridge. The outside patio overlooks the farm fields. The accommodation is simple but comfortable. This is a perfect cottage for a couple or for a family small children. The farm is a working farm with cows, horses, plum trees and 2 dams where you can enjoy some relaxed fishing or a picnic on the lawns. We have a tennis court for those of you that wish to be more energetic! There are some lovely walks and excellent mountain biking routes directly from the farm.
