Enjoy a stay in a 1973 converted school bus that has all the comforts of home and touches of luxury.
Self-contained accommodation for two in the bushveld with magnificent views and the sounds of nature.
All of this is situated in agricultural lands, 15 minutes away from the centre of Nelspruit.
The hosts have 4 large dogs that are well socialised and enjoy meeting new people.
The property is a self-sustaining homestead where the hosts grow their own vegetables, farm honey and produce eggs.

The space
Patsy, the bus, has a comfortable bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower and toilet, a kitchen with a fridge and stove. Outside is a paved area in which guests can eat and enjoy a braai. Patsy is set in a tranquil garden overlooking one of the grey water ponds, where you can watch the abundant birdlife. Remember to bring your binoculars as we have over 160 species of birds.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the 3.5 hectare farm to take a relaxing walk along the Snail Trail which is a marked out kilometer walk in nature.
Free parking is readily available. A communal splash pool is available for guests to use.

Other things to note
We are completely off the grid and making use of our amazing sun for electricity so not all high demand appliances work well. We do have a generator should you wish to make use of these appliances.
Drinking and tap water is from a borehole and is safe. There are 3 large dogs that are well socialised and enjoy meeting guests
We are on agricultural lands 15 mins from the center of Nelspruit.
