COVID: Permits - It is the responsibility of travellers to ensure they have the necessary permission to travel, before even buying a ticket. Business travellers will need to carry a letter on company letterhead, signed by a manager, as well as a completed employer permit form. These forms are all available on the FCM website. Any traveller who fails to produce the required documents will not be permitted to use our accommodation.
Please take note of what is required. If you are not allowed access no refunds will be offered. We suggest we get approval from the Building Manager prior to your booking.
• There must be documentation present for each person being accommodated in the unit
and whom will be needing access to the building, not only one (1) person’s details but all.
• Identity document (RSA Identification Document, SA Driver’s license, International
Passport) for each person/people being accommodated in the respective unit for scanning
purposes.
• Letter from Employer confirming reason for travel and respective dates for the same on a
company letterhead.
• A registration certificate for the respective company that the guest/s are employed by
issued by the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission (CIPC)

We have exclusively partnered with MU Africa tours. A registered tour and transport service company. They are here for our guests. Offering them private/personal transfers, tours and more.
PLEASE NOTE: We are not serviced apartment. We offer a complimentary clean once a week if your stay is for more than 7 days. Cleaning equipment and appliances such as broom, mop and washing machine are provided. The apartment is self catering; but to help get you started we provide you with a small quantity of tea, coffee and sugar; as well as some hand soap and shower gel, sunlight liquid and a lined kitchen bin. An unused roll toilet paper per bathroom. We will replenish these once a week if your stay is for longer than 7 days.
