We want to give you a relaxing experience. You will have total privacy with your own private entrance and direct access to the nearby forest and mountains. A real haven for anyone who needs a break from the busy city life. There are lots of beautiful options for hikers and mountain bikers, right from our door step. The Botanical Gardens, within walking distance from our home, offers one of the most beautiful Parkruns in South Africa every Saturday morning at 8 am. up to 600 partakers.

The space
Our Airbnb is located at the foot of the Outiniqua Mountains. Our house is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, with direct access to the forest and mountains. The accommodation is very spacious. There is a working space with access to the fast internet. The room also has a small kitchenette. Lovely garden birds, especially earlyornings and at dusk.

Guest access
The accommodation, a one-room unit, is in a quiet cul-de-sac. You will have your own seperate entrance. We provide enclosed parking. We can provide you with a cellphone number that can open the gates by phoning it, if you wish to have it. Generally either me or Heleen would like to personally welcome you and can be contacted 24/7.

Other things to note
There are good restaurants and coffee shops in the vicinity. Try the Italian restaurant/coffee shop ( Il Giardino, open 8 to 17pm) in the Botanical Gardens, especially their pizzas. Huzzlars at the circle and Cafe Serefe on top of Van Rensburg butchery in Courtney ave ars also good value for money. The Deacon, across the George Provincial hospital is also a great 5-star option. Just ask for more detail if you want it.
We do not provide a formal breakfast, but please help yourself to the food and drinks in the unit, free of charge.
However, there are other pans etc, available if you want to make your own warm breakfast (also gas stove in case of loadshedding). Just ask what need, then we can supply. We do not want to clutter the area.
The shower also uses gas.
Important to take note that we do have any TV/DSTV reception. However, there is a big TV screen and DVD machine that can be used. DVD's, mainly nature and some classic movies are available on request.
