An elegant, designer home proudly positioned on a large, exclusive site within the lush coastal forest belt of the Zimbali Coastal Resort, with endless views across to the Holy Hill forested conservation area and the golf course.

The home boasts intelligently designed free-flowing living spaces with expansive entertainment areas onto the pool deck. The home offers exceptional privacy and tranquility, with incredible bird and animal life.

Automatic 5.5kw Back Up Inverter System installed.

The space
The location of the property is particularly unique in regard to its exclusivity, with a panoramic 180 degree view of the natural forest and surroundings. The home looks down a beautiful valley, bordered on the left by a pristine natural forested conservatory which is completely undeveloped.

The lower level of the valley is interspaced with several of the golf course fairways, with the view continuing toward the fresh water lakes and ultimately toward The Valley of The Pools which is positioned right on the beach, with private beach access reserved exclusively for the guests and residents of the Resort.

The home comes with an electric 2 seater golf buggy, which is available for use by the guests for the duration of their stay, the buggy has its own access and garage door on the side of the garage.

The home is serviced by Mary, the Caretaker, six days a week, Monday to Saturday (this excludes personal laundry items) For personal laundry services you are welcome to discuss with Mary directly.

Guest access
Guests will have full access to the facilities within the Zimbali Coastal Estate, including the restaurants, swimming pools and beaches.

There are several fantastic restaurants within the estate, which include restaurants at the Valley of the Pools itself, the Country Club, the Beach Club and several restaurants within the Zimbali Capital Hotel, including a fine dining restaurant that specialises in Durban's finest Indian cuisine.

There are various pools within the estate, the most popular of these being at the Valley of the Pools. Being right on the beach, these have unobstructed views of the ocean (one of these pools is also heated)

There is also an oasis of pools at the Bush Buck Club, (ideal for small kids and children) The nearby Jungle Gym and trampolines also help to keep the little ones entertained.

However a visit to the pools at the hotel Beach Club and its accompanying Ayoba Restaurant is also a must for a lazy relaxing afternoon or a sundowner cocktail.

Use of the tennis courts (either at the Country club or at the Bush Buck Club) are also available to guests free of charge (you just need to bring your own rackets and balls) A round of Golf is however chargeable and can be arranged at the Country Club.

The only facilities not available to guests are the Fitness Centre and the Squash Courts.

Other things to note
Automatic 14kw Back Up Battery Inverter System installed, which will run the lights, TV, DSTV, WiFi, fridge and plugs during Power Outages. A two plate gas stove is also available. Please note, the Air-conditioning will not operate during power outages.

Minimum Night Stay Requirements:

- Most weekends require a minimum night stay of 3 nights.

- Most midweek bookings require a minimum night stay of 2 nights.

- Long weekends (public holiday weekends) mostly require a minimum night stay of 4 nights

- For peak Christmas holiday season (15th December to the 5th January), a minimum night stay of between 7 to 14 nights normally applies, depending on the exact dates, and also depending on other existing bookings.

However please do enquire none the less, as the requirements may not be applicable, depending on the dates or confirmed existing bookings. In some cases a simple Surcharge may apply if the required length of stay can’t be met.
