We’re thrilled to host you! To make sure everyone has a fabulous and safe time, here are a few house rules (please read carefully):
No smoking indoors (tobacco or cannabis) — we love our fresh vibes! Violations carry a hefty $2,500 fee.
No surprise parties or events — let’s keep it chill. Unauthorized gatherings will incur a $2,000 fine (city rules!).
Max guest count: 10 — each additional overnight guest incurs a $200 fee. Plan your crew!
Quiet hours: 9 PM – 8 AM — let’s keep the good vibes going while keeping neighbors happy.
Early check-in? Yes, please! Just $50 (when available) — let us know in advance.
Firepit fun, Grill & Wood Pizza Oven: We provide an extra propane tank for you and one wood pellet. Need more? Guests can grab refills. Trouble setting it up? Message us — we’re happy to help!
Security cameras: Outside only — for your safety and to keep things peaceful.
Any property damage or extra cleaning comes with a minimum $500 fee.
No illegal stuff: That includes drug use — violation means a $300 penalty.
No tents or outside structures — our space is perfect as is!
Pool, Hot tub, Barrel Sauna, Dome, Games & Backyard: Enjoy at your own risk — and follow posted safety rules for a fun, safe dip.
