Enjoy an open-plan living space, a private outdoor area perfect for morning coffee, and a fully equipped kitchen. Just minutes from Kloof Street's cafés, restaurants, and boutiques, with the city centre and beaches close by. Free on-site parking makes settling in easy — the perfect base for an effortless Cape Town stay.

The space
Set on the ground floor, the apartment opens straight onto a generous private outdoor area — a great spot for morning coffee or a relaxed evening. Inside, an open-plan living area connects the space, with both bedrooms light-filled and welcoming: one with a queen bed, the other with a double.

The bathroom has been newly renovated, and the fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to cook up something local. A dedicated workspace is also on hand if you need to get online during your stay.

Guest access
Please let us know your arrival time in advance, as we'll need to call the gate open for you. This is only required on arrival — after that, you're free to come and go as you please.

When you arrive, the big gate on the right of the pedestrian gate will open — please walk in and collect your keys from the lockbox. The remote for the parking gate (on the left of the pedestrian gate) can be found inside the kitchen. Parking for the apartment is accessed via the left motor gate, in the middle bay marked with a "5" on the wall.
