Located on the east of the island, this cozy little home is surrounded by greenery, cows, goats, and karaoke in the distance. It is close to three popular beaches (including Secret Beach) and is a short scooter ride from the town of Lazi where many of the islands waterfalls are!
The tiny home has its own kitchen, although you are welcome to use the communal kitchen too.
We will be happy to share some of the secret local spots, so come and experience authentic island living for yourself!

The space
The overall property has five units and 1 luxury teepee tent. The land is about 1 acre in size.

Your unit has a 9 meter square deck, a bedroom, kitchen , and outdoor bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen has all the necessities including a coffee grinder and a blender for island smoothies.

The bathroom is a private, outdoor bathroom but only has cold water at this time (we’re working on it) but with good water pressure. There is a communal bathroom on the property equipped with hot water that you are welcome to use as well.

There is a mosquito net and a fan (no aircon) in the bedroom and plenty cupboard and hanging space.

If you stay I’m sure you’ll meet our puppies (Brownie and Molly) so please consider this if you have any pet allergies. They are very friendly.

To access the property – it’s about 150 meters of slightly bumpy dirt track off of the main road. One of us will meet you at Eagle’s Nest (the local restaurant) to welcome you and show you where it is.

We are situated about within five minutes of Ompas, Lapac and Secret Beach by Scooter.

Generally it’s quite peaceful – apart from sounds of cows and goats – but if there is a birthday or fiesta then there is plenty of karaoke around!

There is a small yoga deck in a circle of trees in the middle of the land if you want to stretch or meditate – and there are restaurants nearby if you want to eat out.

If this sounds like it’s your cup of tea – make a booking – very cool to see the non-touristic sides of the island and since it is the east – the beaches all face sunrise.

We are well integrated with the neighbors and they would be all too willing to have you around or show you around as well.

You have your own unit, own deck, own bathroom... you can walk around anywhere on the land and you can use the yoga deck, kitchen, and communal showers and bathrooms in the middle of the property.

Other things to note
From January to May the wind blows from North East and the rubbish washes up on the beaches closest to us. From May to December they are wonderful and clean.
