The house is in a complex with communal gardens and is walking distance from the beach, lagoon and Wilderness village.

• There is one dedicated parking bay at the house
• Visitors' parking is available for extra vehicles, though it may be limited during peak season.
If full, additional cars may need to park outside the complex.
• No trailers allowed inside the estate
• No smoking inside the home, please
• Out of respect for everyone in the complex, no loud noise after 10pm and no parties are permitted
• There is another unit above occupied by other people but each home has their own private access
• The outdoor patio does overlook neighboring patios
