Lovely light home in an immaculate security estate opposite one of the most beautiful golf courses in the Cape, surrounded by mountains and wine farms on all sides. This excellent position and recent updates make this elegant yet supremely comfortable home heaven. It's filled with interesting art and furniture gathered over years. The open plan living area leads to a huge veranda with stacking doors overlooking a lovely deck and pool in private garden. Come and experience the quiet tranquility.

The space
The home is set in a beautiful and tranquil security estate and has a warm welcoming atmosphere, with plenty of sunshine on the verandah while staying cool inside. It is an ideal home for families, or couples wanting a quiet getaway. Open plan kitchen with gas hob forms part of the inside living area, with large sliding doors opening to the gorgeous verandah and pool. The living area also has a gas fireplace that makes for cosy winter nights. The new inverter insures that you do not experience any load shedding!
Bedrooms are well sized, newly carpeted and furnished, and the main bedroom has a large en-suite bathroom. The second bathroom is well appointed for the two remaining bedrooms with walk-in shower and hand-rail.
The interior is stylish, offering excellent quality in all aspects, yet is also child friendly with good flow to the lovely outdoor area. The kitchen is exceptionally well stocked, from the Nespresso machine to the English bone china tea-cups. The garden is filled with lavender and perfumed herbs and shrubs. Garaging for 2 cars and parking for 2 more.

24 Olijvenhof has proven to be a sanctuary for many people, from European tourists to families returning to spend time with grandparents! The home is also a safe harbour for people who are needing longer term stays due to either renovating, between homes or recovering from surgery at one of our excellent hospitals.
This home offers everything - perfect position, beautiful setting and garden, immaculate and stylish home with all the small details added to ensure a wonderful stay and happy memories!

The entire home is on a single level. The estate garden is also available for doggie or pram walks.

The estate is in a superb part of Somerset West, and the home is situated in one of the best positions, with a larger than average stand. The home is positioned for wonderful views, whilst remaining completely private. It is an ideal escape for families and people seeking calm tranquility.
Whilst I love my guests to enjoy themselves, please note the estate is quiet and peaceful and this needs to be respected by guests at all times. It is also a non-smoking home so non-smokers are assured of a fresh smelling space!

Beautiful quiet neighbourhood, one of the best in Somerset West. Lots of wonderful restaurants within 5-10 minutes drive, as well as a spa. Close to town for shopping, and opposite the famous Erinvale Golf Course. 2 world renowned wine estates are within a 5 minute walk, offering yoga classes, walks, wine-tastings and lovely cuisine.
