The space
We offer you to stay in a cozy apartment right on the beach, where you will find everything you need.

You will rest in the comfortable double bed in the bedroom with extra pillows for your comfort. You can relax in the living-dining room which also has a double sofa bed. Enjoy the latest HBO series after a day of walking or at the beach.

Do not hesitate to take advantage of the good weather on the terrace, where you can have breakfast preparing the route of the day. The apartment has a kitchen and bathroom with shower.

We have tried to equip the apartment to the maximum so that you do not lack anything: You will find sheets and comforters, towels (2 per person), microwave, hair dryer, washing machine, kitchen utensils and first aid kit. In addition, we try to make your stay easier by providing our guests with basic necessities and a small welcome basket.

Our apartment is situated in a neighborhood called Gros, one of the most visited and popular in the city. You just have to cross the road to be on the Zurriola beach. This beach is really appreciated by surfers from all over the world, but in summer it is also full of people who just want to go for a walk, sunbathing, or a nice swim in the sea.

In Gros you can find little boutiques, surfers running barefooted and pintxo bars and restaurants, that mix makes Gros special.

Just 5 min are needed to arrive to the Kursaal Palace, where the Film Festival is celebrated. Another 2 minutes walking by the sea to visit the Parte Vieja, Victoria Eugenia Theatre or Maria Cristina Hotel, where the actors and actresses use to stay during the Festival.

We are Bingen and Bea, so you can get to know us a little better, we tell you 5 things about us: 1 – We are a couple from San Sebastian with two children, a boy and a girl. 2 - We love nature and sports, so we are always planning some mountain excursion, or a bike or skate tour and have the immense luck of living in this city surrounded by sea and mountains that allows us to enjoy in all seasons of the year. 3 - We are quite sociable and we like to meet new people, whether from here or from other countries and cultures, and the apartment is a great option for that, it also allows us to introduce our city and its surroundings to our guests, so that they enjoy as authentic donostiarras... and to practice languages! 4 - We speak Spanish, English and German. Someday we can say that we also speak some French ;) 5 - We are engineers and have an office where we design building facilities. Bonus – Our idyllic life idea was to set up a small hotel with a diving center somewhere paradise. In the end the hotel is going to have to wait, but the apartment is quite an illusion for us, because in addition to being our first house, we have been welcoming wonderful people from all over the world for several years and helping them to take a nice souvenir of their stay. We are waiting for you!!
