This Scandinavian inspired garden cottage with private patio stands out for many reasons. The patio area is perfect for enjoying one of our area's award winning wines. The clean design elements will be sure to make your stay enjoyable. No load shedding (electricity interruptions), no worries.

Business travellers has easy access to the N2 and Stellenbosch R44 as well as a comfortable work space with good Wi-Fi (fibre) connection.

The space
This one bedroom unit (ideal for two people) has a spacious living room and bedroom. The kitchen is fully functional with tea/coffee making facilities, toaster, microwave, bar fridge, oven and four plate stove. The unit also offers a full en-suite bathroom (bath and separate shower).

Please note the unit is connected to our lively family home and our boys will be playing outside from time to time. It does however have a separate entrance from the main house and privacy from our backyard as well as secure off street parking. Please don't book our cottage if you are looking for a passionate romantic breakaway.

Guest access
Somerset West is a picturesque neighbourhood surrounded by mountains and ocean views. About 40min drive to Cape Town CBD, 35min to Cape Town airport and 23min to Stellenbosch.

Other things to note
Home to a superb mix of wine farms with rich heritage and history, top-noch restaurants, majestic golf courses, beautiful beaches and nature reserves.

The unit offers backup power to limit power outages, as far as possible.

* Free off-street parking is available [one vehicle]. Visiting guest parking is not available and will be on-street.
* The bed size [length and width] is that of a universal- | standard double.
* Stays of 8 nights or longer may require changeovers, to keep things fresh, and an additional cleaning fee to keep you comfortable during your stay.
* This is a self catering unit.
* We provide guests with basic cleaning products for everyday spills and messes.
* We follow Airbnb’s Firm cancellation policy, so we kindly ask that you only book if your travel dates are certain. As we manage a small number of units, with property owners involved, we are unable to offer additional refunds for early departures, change of plans, or personal preferences outside of this policy.
