Live the simple life in this peaceful and centrally located, bohemian accommodation in a 50s house surrounded by three wonderful parks. Close to the sea and beach, the Western Harbour with Turning Torso a stone's throw away. In the area there are many cozy cafes, neighborhood taverns/restaurants. Close to the bus, access to renting bicycles/scooters. 1 minute to the nearest well-stocked grocery store. Kronprinsen mall is located in the area. The city/town center only 15-20 minutes walk away.

A great place to stay in Solbacken: Malmö's most central neighborhood with houses and townhouses, dating back to the 1920s. You will be staying in a detached guest house from the main house, looking out on the park in back of the house. 10 minutes by bike to Riborsborg beach and Pildamns Park, and 15 to Central Station, with bus routes easily accessible. Free driveway parking. Bikes for free loan by arrangement. We can sometimes accommodate a third guest under ten for a fee. Message to inquire.

Apartment is centrally located with bus-stop just outside the apartment. the buses run every 10min during the day and every 20 minute after midnight. The buses run directly to the central station. High Speed Internet for one who love to work as they travel.

Här har du allt du behöver för ett kortare boende. Lägenheten ligger centralt på Limhamn nära till Malmö Arena (ca 4 km) och till Malmö city (ca 5 km). Här finns en dubbelsäng, en soffa, ett litet matrumsbord, pentry med kylskåp, spis med två plattor, ugn samt mikrovågsugn. I badrummet finns toalett, handfat, dusch och tvättmaskin. I lägenheten finns också en öppen spis. Det är dock inte tillåtet att elda i den men lite stämningsfulla ljus går bra att tända. Fritt Internet och stort TV-utbud.

The Airbnb is located on the 11th floor in a new complex in the trendy area Västra Hamnen. With two cafés across the street, a big grocery shop ICA Maxi around the corner along with several restaurants, you’re always close to amenities. If you want to take a dip, the sea is only a three minutes walk away. Malmö central can also be reached in five minutes by either bike or bus.

Egen ingång och egen liten uteplats. Beläget i lugnt villaområde ( Solbacken) nära både centrala Malmö och havet. Parkering finns på gatan mot liten avgift, utmärkta kommunikationer till centrum/Köpenhamn/Skåne. Vi har inga djur och talar svenska, danska, engelska, franska och lite italienska.

Unwind in the tranquility of my home. Surrounded by the ocean and beautiful parks, running trails and playgrounds Västra Hamnen is the pearl of Malmö - especially during summertime. You are not far from the action with mere 6 minutes to the central station by buss (buss 5 & 8 stop just behind the building), less than 5 mins walking to the ocean, options of public parking in front of the building and a grocery store 3 min away. Don't forget to enjoy the sun from the balcony :)

Den fristånde stugan på ca 20m2 ligger i vår trädgård med egen ingång och uteplats. 24h gratis parkering finns på gatan framför stugan.
