We are renting a downstairs, an apartment fully furnished with air-conditioned room. The apartment is about 5 minutes’ walk away from the town of Grenville. Free Internet and parking is also included. The property is located in sight of surrounding residential buildings newly built/under construction. Access road may be a bit undulating in-part (100ft approximately) You are expected to hear music from a night club about 500m away on Saturday nights in some cases all night.

It comprises of two bedrooms with queen size beds,a bathroom and very large balcony which incorporates an open air kitchen and is used as the general living space. The views are fantastic with with cocoa plantation and jungle on two sides and a totally panoramic view of the Caribbean on the other two.

Sueno is a fully self contained cottage located on the north coast of Grenada. The nearest town is Sautuers, which is 5 minutes by car or a beautiful walk all the way along the beach. Sueno is a place where you just relax, feel the breeze, take a dip in the pool, take a walk on the beach and generally chill but if you want adventure, there are snorkelling, waterfalls, beaches, historical sites, hiking and rivertubing, all within 45 minutes' drive.
