CASUEÑA is a beautiful villa featuring a private pool with salt chlorination that is heated year-round, a wood-fired barbecue, large trees, a six-burner stove, and a 90-cm oven. It has a fantastic 50-m² porch that will be the main activity area of the house; next to it are the barbecue and the heated pool.

Perfect location with glorious views, it is set amongst olive groves and is only a few minutes walk to the village of Los Romanes with shops, bar and restaurants. On the ground floor there is a fully-equipped kitchen a living room a large bathroom and a combined small TV-room/bedroom (sleeps 2). Upstairs there are four nice bedrooms (air-conditioned) and two bathrooms.
