Dear guests, The water castle is located on the edge of Irmelshausen, a typical Franconian village with a church, castle, and half-timbered houses in the Rhön-Grabfeld eco-model region. The apartment is perfect for families, groups, and seminars. It is furnished with antique furniture and has an exclusive, elegant charm. As the castle is over 500 years old, you will not find modern standards but the atmosphere of ancient walls. Those who appreciate this will enjoy their stay! Feel at home in our holiday apartment with a unique and exclusive ambiance. We offer our Bel Étage apartment in the historic watchtower, about 200 sqm, located on the second floor. It has two large master bedrooms (180x200 & 200x200) in a suite style, where baby cots can be added, plus two approximately 24 sqm bedrooms with a kingsize bed (180x200) and a large single bed (120x200). Additionally, there is a large kitchen, an exclusive bathroom, a living and dining room, and a fantastic view. With the long table for 12 adults 2 Childrens Chairs, you have the option to dine together when booking BOTH holiday apartments. We provide children’s games, puzzles, Duplo, Lego, books, play kitchen, doll strawler and balance bikes suitable for different ages outdoors. In the courtyard, there is a lounge, long table up to 14 Persons, a gas BBQ, and a fire bowl for warm evenings. The park can also be used, where the playhouse with slide, sandpit, and trampoline are available. Our newly designed kitchen includes a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, stove with induction hob, and oven.

This very modern and high-quality guest apartment is situated in the center of the Dietzhausen district of the city of Suhl, with a parking space on the property. Shopping is within walking distance. The Haseltal cycle path passes right by the property. The outdoor swimming pool is about 300 meters away. The ski and hiking areas in the Thuringian Forest (Oberhof with international competition venues, downhill with a lift and Schmiedefeld) can easily be reached in 20-30 minutes by car and also by public transport.

Stylishly decorated, clean and a lot of space. Here you can spend unforgettable days with friends or family. This holiday home is centrally located on the village square directly across from the brewery. Fireplace and sauna are special highlights. At night you will find complete tranquility, because there is no main road here. On request, there are eggs from our own chickens or what the garden has to offer. Small outdoor dining area and outdoor shower for warm summers.

Modern holiday home in the heart of the Grabfeld

After I inherited the farm from my grandfather, one thing was clear to me, "this farm is not for sale." Thus, together with my parents, I completely renovated the farm and created a modern furnished vacation home. In his honor, it has become "DER HENKELHOF," where we would like to extend a warm welcome to you. By "we" I mean my parents Heri & Ilona and me. The white suite Zar Ferdinand – a castle dream

You sleep in a castle from 1478 – in an opulent bed that was once built for Tsar Ferdinand I of Bulgaria. A daybed can also serve as a third bed. The heating is completely via infrared, clean and without any effort on your part. A kitchenette in the cozy living room, shower and toilet in separate rooms, as well as the wonderful view of the castle courtyard with its magnificent linden tree, make this suite a perfect place for a romantic getaway for two.

Guest house on the Schleusehof... enjoy nature!

Our guest house (about 89 m) is located on our mini-farm, which we run as a hobby. The Schleusehof is idyllically located on a small river, where you can cool your feet on hot days. The house sleeps 4 people (2 adults + 2 children). On request, we also have a baby cot for the little ones. The farm offers space to romp and relax. Lakeside house

Vacation home on the edge of a vacation home area. About 1 km from the nearest village of Sulzdorf. The Reuthsee is the largest natural lake in Lower Franconia (about 17 hectares) and is only about 100 meters away as the crow flies. Pure nature. Core removed by 2017 according to KfW standard and completely renovated with a lot of love for detail. Previously used as a weekend house and home office. We are new to Airbnb :) .

Bundorf Castle Mill

Our holiday home is a more than 200 years old former water mill in the hilly landscape of the Franconian Hassberge. Where previously the flour was ground for the estate of the Bundorfer Castle, today up to 12 guests can relax on 250 sqm in the elegant salon, the open kitchen with cozy breakfast room and 6 bedrooms. From your own garden, you can look out at the castle and its park.
