The whole house exclusively located in Bory Dolnośląskie on the outskirts of the city. From the gate you go straight to the forest where there are beautiful bicycle and walking paths. Our space is immersed in the wild nature of the Rudawy Landscape Park, located in a tiny village called Gruszków, which once had the status of a health resort. The house is located in close proximity to the forest on an unclaimed clearing. If you are thirsty for the whispers of trees, the sounds of the meadow, the sight of fireflies, bird trellis, the starry sky, rest in a place where time flows more slowly, and the world is more fully and attentive, then come to the High Grass.

Popielato - a house with a hot tub and fireplace

POPIELATO - a small house (35 m²) with a hot tub for 4 people on the outskirts of the village of Grudza - 15 minutes from Świeradów Zdrój, 30 minutes from Szklarska Poręba. From here you have a fantastic panorama of the Sudeten Mountains. The house has two separate bedrooms (one on the mezzanine), kitchen, bathroom and living room. We have a fireplace and a hot tub accessible directly from the large terrace. Firewood is at your disposal free of charge.

In the ground floor there is a big meeting room with a huge terrace, which is for your own use, as well as the billiard room. The first floor of the castle is private, where the owners are staying. During Christmas and New Years a minimum of 2 nights rental is required!
