Pleasant setting : view over the ancient village, new swimming pool (to be shared only with the owners)

Listen to the birds singing, breathe in: you're at home. The 4 m x 2.5 m pool is perfect for relaxing during hot summer days and is equipped with a heat pump to enjoy it between mid-April and mid-October if the weather is OK☀️. It is located upstairs, for four adults, adjoining the owners' farmhouse. 48 m2 living room, with fully equipped open kitchen, relaxation area with 127 cm TV, air conditioning. 35 m2 master suite with walk-in shower, double sinks, separate toilet, air conditioning. 30 m2 mezzanine. Both beds are 160 X 200. Private terrace with Weber barbecue.
