Vacation rentals with a patio in Riviere-des-Prairies—Pointe-aux-Trembles

We had a wonderful stay at Philip's place. It was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of room for four adults. Philip was easy to communicate with and even accommodated our request for an earlier check-in. We would stay here again on our next visit to Montreal.

Très bel appartement au dessus d’un garage adjacent une grande maison! Beau quartier. Belle cour arrière. Super tranquille! Des gens avaient loué la maison à côté et etaient un peu bruyants. J’ai averti l’hôte et elle a été très proactive. Donc y penser avant de louer, ils se peut que vous ayez des voisins proches. Mais dans l’ensemble super expérience. Très propre avec beaucoup d’équipement. Je recommande!

Was in town for a work trip. Ammenities were all very close. Enjoyed the stay, would definitely book again. Hugo's communication response was very quick.

Roger was a really friendly host and his place was as described which is a nice apartment right in the heart of Montreal's Plateau. Just prior to coming he reached out to us to ensure we were comfortable as to what to do and how to get in and left us his number to call in case of any hiccups. He even offered an early check in in case we needed it which we did not but was nice of him to offer. Easy as 1-2-3. Plenty of things to do and see in that area and a stone's throw away from the Metro if you want to explore other parts of the city and lots of easily accessible grocery stores. We came in a car and Roger helpfully guided us on how to buy a daily street parking permit without skipping a beat. We enjoyed our stay and have no hesitation on this place as its in such an ideal location. Thanks a lot, Roger.

Staying at Clara place was nothing short of amazing. It’s a comfortable space for 2 people, with a well stocked kitchen if you love cooking. There’s also a washer and dryer which was a plus. Although it’s not exactly in the centre ville, there’s a metro nearby to get you around in about 30 minutes. There’s also a variety of restaurants nearby serving Asian, Spanish or Caribbean cuisines. The host also provides lots of recommendations of local and touristy spots to check out. Overall, Clara was responsive and very accommodating. Only thing to consider is noise from dump trucks early in the morning on some days which might disrupt your sleep (but choose the windows and use earplugs provided and you should be fine). Great stay, great host. I highly recommend

We were very delighted to stay here during the F1 GP weekend. Easy to access. Very cozy, comfortable and extremely clean. We felt safe and cared for. Very easy to get to the surrounding towns like Brossard, Longueuil and even the city of Montreal. Unfortunately we didn't have time to explore the town of Chambly but they provided us with a lot of brochures and recommendations of restaurants and things to do around which is much appreciated and hopefully next time we visit we will get to see more of what Chambly has to offer. We had an incredible time and many snacks and drinks were provided for our stay and even the oppurtunity to get fresh towels. We felt extremely cared for and next time I'm in Canada I will make sure to stay here. Very much worth it!!!

Wonderful hosts. Beautiful backyard to lounge beside the pool. Property backs onto a network walking trails - great for bird watching!

Jason was very responsive to all of my questions. 10 minutes into Old Montreal with car. When we realized the toaster didn't work, Jason had one over to the house by the time we got back from touring downtown. Great host to work with!!! Highly recommend this place!!!

Absolutely loved my stay! The place was clean, stylish, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The highlight was definitely the pool and hot tub—both were well-maintained and perfect for unwinding. The host was super friendly and quick to respond to any questions. Great location too—quiet, safe, and close to everything. I’d 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing stay with great amenities!

Nous avons séjourné tout un mois chez Laurie dans le cadre de notre travail. Laurie est accueillante et réactive. Le logement est très bien équipé et très bien décoré ! Les lits confortables, la cuisine superbe (plaque à induction de qualité) et surtout l’espace extérieur est vraiment très sympa et apprécié pour les journées plus chaudes ! Bref, un séjour top, wifi opérationnel et rapide pour les réunions, confort de literie et hôte réactive: recommandé à 100%

Une 2e fois pour nous dans cet hébergement et nous avons adoré tout comme la première fois. L'emplacement est parfait à proximité de plusieurs services. Le parc et les terrains de pickle ball sont à quelques minutes à pieds, le quartier est calme et paisible. Le logement est impeccable !

The location was super convenient to all the great restaurants in Old Montreal, easy walk to McGill and convenient metro stop nearby. Apartment was clean and comfortable. Gabrielle was lovely and responded quickly to questions. We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend in the city and hope to be back soon! Highlights… botanical gardens, hike up Mont Royal and light show at Notre Dame. Great restaurants… Mélisse for brunch, Wolf & Workman for pot pie and fish pie, Pub St Pierre for drinks, Fiorellino for pizza, Café Nocturne for coffee & pastries and Ripples for the best ice cream! Chloe was an incredible host and her airbnb made us feel right at home. It was spacious for a group of 7 of us, with enough beds for all of us, AC in each room and 2 bathrooms. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. Location was convenient - The metro was less than a 5 min walk away and one stop away from Old Montreal. Chloe was responsive throughout and accommodated an early check-in since we were flying in early. We appreciated her friendliness and willingness to ensure we were comfortable before and during our stay. Thanks so much Chloe! I recommend booking this airbnb with Chloe. Our family of six stayed in Jason and Eric's place for five nights. From the first question I had before even booking till the day we left they were very quick to respond to any and all questions we had. So communication was really great. The house was very spacious for the six of us. The younger kids loved having three floors to explore, we all had our space and three and a half bathrooms was great. The house was very clean and bright!! Lots of huge windows but also the recessed lighting was amazing on the first floor. We used the dart board and had a lot of fun with that. The location was great, we crossed the street to the park daily. It was a short walk to Mont Royal and we did it every day for some groceries, bagels or shopping. it was a 50 min walk to old town which we did twice. We did a ton of walking around Montreal and the house was always a great place to come home to. Comfy beds were appreciated too!! If in Montreal again we would stay here again!

Good place to stay on a beautiful street and great host. About a 10min walk to the metro station. Clean residence and AC in all the bedrooms. The relatively thin walls made us a bit wary of our noise, especially with kids, but turned out not to be a problem after all. Would stay here again as it is really a great place to stay, and next to ChefMak which had great food!!!!!! Eric was easy to talk to and very responsive and helpful.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this condo, a solid 5-star experience. We look forward to staying again in the future and will be happy to recommend it to friends.
