This duplex with balcony, south-facing, is located on the 3rd and top floor of the Eterlou residence (no elevator). Located in the central street, just 50 m from the slopes, you will enjoy the calm of the square with all the shops at the foot of the building (ATM, ski lift ticket offices and others). This accommodation, ideal for a family, consists of a sleeping area of about 15 m2 on the mezzanine, including a bunk bed 90x200 and a bed 140x190, making it pleasant and spacious.

Clean, healthy and well-insulated apartment of about 40 m2, located at the entrance of this charming village of Guillestre. View of the mountains. Nearby (between 100 and 500 meters), bakeries/supermarket/bars/tobacconist. Great for mountain hiking and skiing. Vars is only 15/20 minutes by car/shuttle. Queyras 20/30 minutes away. Apartment located on the 1st floor. Up to 4 people, convertible into 160 to unfold (easy). If you need any information, don't hesitate!
