The location is perfect! The apartment has everything you need. The bedroom is so spacious and airy! The balcony is an added bonus! We loved our stay here and would stay again when returning to Sevilla. Ignacio was so helpful and responsive! The best trip! Stay and fall in love with Sevilla!

This apartment is amazing! Top location, very clean, good beds and the roof terrace is fantastic. The elevator didn't work but that was absolutely no reason for us not to book this apartment. Cristina also indicated that the elevator will be replaced soon. She was a good host; friendly and she responds quickly when you send a message. We would definitely like to come back here. We really felt at home.

Best experience at a stay. Clean and very homey. Would stay here again every time in a heartbeat. It’s in the center of the touristic areas. Walk distance from castle Alcazar. Very friendly and responsive host. Easy and very clear instructions for check in and check out.

Great accommodation close to the city, nearby (5 minutes by car) a larger store. The kitchen is well equipped. The sofa can be opened so that 4 adults and 1 child can fit comfortably.

This place was a great location and within walking distance to all needs. Seville is a lovely city and definitely worth the visit. The balconies were very private as seen in the photos. Overall great holiday and apartment.

Great hosts and a great place to stay. We have a large family, and had room for all the kids! Great walking distance to everything in town! The air conditioning works well which is important in Sevilla. Simple, yet clean and hosts were great. I highly recommend!!!

The accommodation is in a very accessible place, very easy to get to. It offers the intimacy and amenities needed for a good vacation. We enjoyed it very much, the ideal pool, and the possibility of sleeping with these temperatures that we have thanks to the air conditioning that José Luis's house has. You have everything you need for your stay. Exceptional cleanliness. In addition, Jose Luis as an unbeatable host, always attentive in case there was any need, which was not the case since we had everything in the house. We would definitely come back and we will also recommend it

Staying at Stephanie's place was a joy. We immediately felt right at home. Stephanie and Javier were quick to provide local recommendations, property was beautiful and the views were stunning! It's a wonderful house. It is very well located. It has everything to enjoy it. Too bad the deal is simply business. Check-out time was 12 noon, we asked to extend it a little, and for this we had to pay a disproportionate amount for 5 more hours, all by message. Airbnb should regulate that anyway. Since we were going with a baby, and we had a very late flight, we had to do it. This is the first time this has happened to us without anyone checking in the next day (we know because as soon as we paid there were no problems). Of course, it's not mandatory, it's a courtesy, and other times we haven't needed it, or we haven't asked for it. They made a serious mistake by telling us that breakfast was included, and when we went, they told us that they had made a mistake. And that everyone makes mistakes. Either way, the house is wonderful. Perfect to spend a few great days.

The views from the terrace where we sat in the morning with our breakfast were stunning and in the evening we sat in the garden watching the sunset . Very easy to get to supermarket and a few restaurants. Absolutely loved this place.

We had a wonderful time at this location!! Great great location! Walking distance to alot of the main attractions which was great as we had a really hot day. So we were able to come back to the apartment easily midday for a break. We travelled with 2 babies and were very comfortable ! The host was so accommodating and always responsive with information about the area with local recommendations. Would stay here again!

Marilo's apartment is very nice, clean and cozy, it feels very good. The bonus is the jacuzzi, very enjoyable after a day of sightseeing in Seville, which is located only about ten kilometers away (about 25 minutes by car) Marilo is a caring host, very attentive and available. The apartment is excellent, in very good condition, clean and equipped with everything. fantastic views and well located to visit PN Doñana, the beach, restaurants. the only problem but it is a common thing in Matalascañas are the stairs, for people with reduced mobility it can be an inconvenience. we will definitely be back again Thank you Victor and Paqui

Cozy apartment with everything you need. Carolina always attended to me promptly and was very attentive. I chose the location because it was close to work, but I got it right because it's perfect for relaxing and being quiet. Would choose it again.
