Vacation rentals with a pool in Río Grande

Un lugar muy hermoso, muy tranquilo con una vista espectacular y muy limpio! definitivamente nos volveriamos a quedar.

We recently stayed at Demi and Andrei’s Airbnb & it was perfect! The location is not far from the airport, but you'll need a rental car to get around. Having visited PR many times, my husband & I are familiar with the roads but if you're not, just be aware that the roadways can be different. Grocery stores are about 12 minutes away. We rented 2 of their villas: a 3 bedroom and a 2 bedroom. The 3 bedroom villa is located at the bottom of a hill. If you are traveling with elderly people, I would suggest renting one of 2br villa instead. Each villa was beautifully decorated & had super comfy beds with controlled AC units in each room. The kitchen was well-equipped with a small countertop oven. The pool area was amazing, 2 Jacuzzi’s & floats. Only 1 jacuzzi worked. The volleyball area is nice, had a gazebo, sink, grill, + games. We did have a spider situation in the villas but that’s to be expected surrounded but nature. It was gated + outdoor cameras. Overall, it was a lovely place.

Iris es una excelente anfitriona y sobretodo guardiana de un hermoso recinto. Tuvimos la oportunidad de realizar una convivencia de fin de semana con jóvenes y la experiencia fue muy positiva. Los jóvenes tuvieron la oportunidad de participar de talleres, encargarse de tareas domésticas y sobretodo disfrutar de la piscina, el billar y las hamacas. Vimos como sus vínculos se fortalecieron al tener diversos espacios para compartir. Los cuartos son ideales para grupos grandes, están bien organizados y limpios. La cocina es espaciosa y posée los utensilios necesarios para hacer grandes cenas. Aunque la carretera principal queda cerca, no se sentía el sonido de los vehículos. Los alrededores tienen el suficiente verdor para amortiguar el ruido y refrescar las noches. La comunicación con Iris fue ágil y estuvo pendiente a nuestras necesidades. Ha sido una gran experiencia y queremos repetir el próximo año. Agradecidos.

The Happy Yellow Beach house was everything we needed! It was a great location for us to explore Puerto Rico! The home provided all the amenities and space we needed for 6 adults. The pool, hot tub and outdoor spaces were great! We would definitely come back!

We loved the house. It was perfect for our large family. Lots of space for everyone to relax and gather for games and conversation. Joel is a wonderful host.

Beautiful location, comforts of home while being surrounded by beautiful rainforest wildlife. Just make sure you are mentally prepared for no AC and knowing that critters are everywhere in the rainforest and you will have a wonderful time.

This Airbnb was great for my 30th birthday. The pictures don’t do the scenery justice. The host was fast responding and very accommodating. I would definitely recommend. The only thing I would say is a rental for transportation would be nice to have considering the location of the Airbnb is about 30 minutes away from San Juan. Other than that I had a great stay!

Our extended family of 11 had a lovely and comfortable visit. Very much recommend.

This was our fourth stay at Loly’s apartment and everything was lovely. We love the ease of the pool and beach and drive to many restaurants and activities! The apartment is comfortable and has everything someone would need for a stay in Puerto Rico. I’m sure we’ll be back again someday!

Our family of 4 had a great time at the apartment and enjoyed the pool and beach. Having a kitchen was so convenient. We visited the kioskos de Luquillo and El yunque during our stay. Included parking was also a plus.

Natalia fue una anfitriona excelente, siempre atenta y rápida en responder cualquier duda. Sin duda, queremos regresar. ¡Altamente recomendado!

Geoff and Vanessa were wonderful hosts during our stay. They checked in a couple of times during the stay to make sure everything was going well. The made us aware of some local sea turtle hatchling activities on the beach which were so much fun for us and the kids. The condo was clean and spacious and perfecty located to utilize the pools and the beach. We couldn't ask for more gracious hosts and better home base for exploring the island. Hi, it was my first time being in an Airbnb with my kids Brad and Juanita place was amazing. It was comfortable clean next to Luquillo Beach. My kids loved that they had their own rooms, two bathrooms, air conditioner, and a full kitchen balcony. The view at night was amazing. The view in the morning was amazing too. I would definitely come back and stay there and I definitely recommend it and it's worth it all.

Perfectly fit the 7 of us. Diana was very helpful when needed and her unit and the location were beautiful!

I absolutely loved my time here! The place was incredible it had direct access to the beach and a huge pool, which made it perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun. The atmosphere was super peaceful, and I felt right at home from the moment I arrived. Everyone I interacted with was so kind and welcoming. I truly enjoyed every moment of my stay. My son also had an amazing time he made new friends and loved all the activities! The property had everything: a basketball court, tennis court, swings, and so much space to play. It was perfect for families. To top it all off, the host was excellent very responsive and helpful with anything I needed. Highly recommend and would definitely come back again!

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo is nice and clean. There are so many little extras like 3 cold water bottles in the fridge, a snack bar, beach chairs, coolers, board games. The A/C works really well in the rooms. Very helpful and detailed check-in instructions. There is a pool that stays open until 11pm (and security will ask you to leave if it is after that time). The beach is a short walk to the back of the complex. The beach is nice to look at during sunset, but has a lot of debris on the sand and the water is also too dirty to get in. The mosquitoes bite and you can't stay on the beach without OFF bug spray. It is a short drive to Luquillo Beach and the Kiosks, and also El Yunque National Park. Overall very pleased and glad we stayed here!
