Vacation rentals with a patio in Río Grande

My friend and I really enjoyed our stay here. It was in a great location with an amazing view. Walkable to coffee and food. Thank you for being a great host.

The place was nice and clean. It looked just like the photos. I felt comfortable and relaxed. It was in a peaceful area and I felt safe. The Uber rides were from $10-15 to and from airport and Old San Juan. I will definitely stay here again. It was worth the $$. I just wished it had more walking distance places to eat. The restaurant in corner wasn’t opened for the duration of my stay so it made it a lil more difficult. There are two local stores across the street which was a plus for the basics. The Platenal Restaurant is 24/7 and does uber eats.

Wow!!!! What a beautiful place! The view is just stunning. The sound of nature is incredible. The house is so cute, clean and very cozy. Easy check in and check out. To get there it is a little bumpy but it is worth it! Beautiful bathroom, shower and the A/C super nice! We only stayed one night but when we come back will stay longer! Recommend 100%.

Very relaxing and peaceful location to stay. Quiet. A lot to do around this area. Both host are great and rely to messages instantly. Great communications.

Amazing place!! Very relaxing and convenient for family, couples and singles. It’s walking distance to the pool and beach. We highly recommend renting a car and exploring the island. This place is 30 minutes away from airport. Also, there’s a supermarket, restaurants and beaches within driving distance. Thank you Nick and Candido I definitely recommend his place. P.s. They have also have a washing machine and dryer in his apartment. Which we loved!

I would recommend Vanessa's Airbnb properties to friends and familia. Every detail were carefully thought. Clean and comfortable space. Modern furniture and decor. I was worried about sleeping on another mattress away from home due to a health condition, but the mattresses were so comfortable. No complains. We wished we'd stayed longer. Rey’s place was increíble. great location super close to the beach and airport. Try was hyper accomodating and communicative. the place was gorgeous and had so many sweet little touches. Very affordable considering what a nice place it was. Would ABSOLUTELY book again.

Absolutely stunning surroundings, so peaceful but yet close to everything needed. The apartment was so cozy, clean and comfortable. It was quiet and had every necessity needed. The outdoor seating area was perfect for morning coffee and night time relaxing. I definitely recommend this location if traveling to PR! The host were so accommodating and helpful during our stay.

Beautiful place! We stayed 1 week, my family loved everything about it. The kids loved the pool! All attractions are not to far from this place and it’s very peaceful. There are good food spots minutes away from home. Definitely recommend staying!

4th time in PR & This was a short and solo stay. Loved the place and how close it was to everything! Auribelle was very helpful with the check in and responsive. Would definitely recommend this place and would stay here next time I visit. Always respect the island the people❤️

Great place to stay at if you’re looking for a peaceful time. The views are beyond beautiful and the home is very clean. The neighborhood has very narrow roads and it’s difficult to park at first but once you get used to it, it will be fine. Hosts were sweet!

I can’t say enough about this property! It’s a little slice of paradise. Even though it’s in a neighborhood it’s extremely private. The porches and pool area make you feel like you are at your own resort. The location is close to anything you might want to do in the east side of the island and Kevin provides a manual with excellent recommendations for restaurants, beaches, activities etc. We took advantage of so many but also used the well equipped kitchen and grills to eat in. The beach gear and towels were appreciated as were the washer/dryer. We had a couple of questions during our stay and Kevin was extremely responsive. Our family of 6 travelers, ages 13-74, had an awesome week!

Great place to stay in Luquillo area for 1-3 people and you don't need a large space. Appreciated having privacy and security of gated property (including parking space), although neighborhood seemed safe and was relatively quiet. Outside area on property was nice, including hot tub, which host had heated up in advance of our arrival. Shower water got plenty hot and stayed hot for a long time. Also appreciated having a large supermarket, gas station, and two pharmacies right at entrance to neighborhood, as well as closeness to Playa Luquillo, El Yunque, etc. Host was very responsive and attentive, and showed a real concern for us having a good stay.

Christopher’s place was great! Location- maybe a 5mins drive to Luquillo beach and lots of eatery as well! Perfect! Place-easy to find as it is right off the highway. Private parking space. Quiet neighborhood. This home sits on an uphill with a beautiful view. We stayed at the lower level of this two floor home and it was lovely! An outside area to enjoy your morning coffee, great working AC, and all the little home items you’d love such as a coffee maker, cups, fridge, regular and beach towels… Host-great communication, responsive and very friendly! Had the pleasure of meeting them :) Overall so happy we found this place and would definitely recommend to those looking to stay around the luquillo area.

Dishmey was easily the best Airbnb host I’ve ever had. Where do I start, he was extremely proactive before I even started my stay…checking-in and asking if there was anything I needed ahead of time. When the time for our trip arrived, it was a breeze. The instructions were incredibly clear and made for and efficient check-in time. Once at the space, I immediately remarked how clean it was. We often wipe down everything and utilize our own disposable towels and sheets. But, as we wiped things down, there was no dirt detected. While there, there was a blackout. However, we didn’t have to worry because Dishmey’s property is solar powered and was one of few houses in the gated community that still had power in spit of the outage. In addition, it was the little touches like the beach chairs and water in the fridge that made for a great stay. I’d gladly stay in one of Dishmey’s listings again. Thank you again for the warm, Puerto Rican hospitality.

We had a great stay at Omar’s. Perfect location in Luquillo, a short walk from the beach, a nice convenience store right across the street, and a couple places to eat right there as well. Plenty of food and grocery stores within 5-10 min drive. The place itself was clean and stocked with everything you need. Even had a cooler, beach chairs, and a couple pool noodles for fun. The big tv was nice to relax with at night and ac was cold. Omar was very easy to reach and quick to respond to any questions we had. Overall we had a great time and would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful experience. Resort is amazing. Landscaping perfection and staff is very friends. Units was clean comfortable and as described. View is breath taking. Will come back !

I had a wonderful stay! The apartment was clean and very comfortable. My host was incredibly sweet and always quick to respond to any questions I had, which made the experience even better. The location is perfect—everything is within walking distance, and when I needed to take an Uber, they were super affordable (the most I paid was around $10). I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

We had a great experience staying at this Airbnb – honestly, it felt like home! The apartment was very complete. It had a comfortable king-sized bed and a good-sized closet with hangers for both of us, which was great because most places don’t offer much space to store your clothes properly. It even had a washer, and a dryer – super convenient for longer stays. The patio has a beautiful view of the beach. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils, and even basic cooking items like salt, pepper, oregano, and oil. As a nice touch, there was also a bottle of wine, waters, and a couple of beers waiting for us when we arrived. The location was a big plus. We were 15 mins from the jungle to explore beautiful waterfalls, and just a short 20 min drive from Fajardo or Ceiba where you can catch the ferry or boats to the islands. We’d rate this Airbnb 5 out of 5! It was cozy, well-equipped, and the host went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Harry is awesome!

I visit Puerto Rico all the time. And this apartment was amazing for my stay. The host is very responsive. The check-in process is simple and easy to understand. The apartment was very accurate to the description. Super clean, spacious and comfortable. AC worked well. I would definitely stay here again.

Had a great stay here and would love to come back someday. Beautiful rooftop view. We also really enjoyed the lush tropical forest from the terrace. Super easy access to the beach. Bed was comfortable. Mary was responsive and a joy to work with. Only suggestions would be a few additions to the kitchen: larger coffee maker, a whisk, and cocktail shaker 🙂
