Vacation rentals with a patio in Rio das Ostras

My stay was very quick, but Rosilene was super attentive, sending a message to see if everything was okay with our check-in and if everything was okay with our stay. The apartment is very cozy, comfortable beds and a warm shower… The common area of the wonderful condominium, a great area for walking, kids area, swimming pool… Too bad I stayed a short time and did not enjoy everything the accommodation offered. But I highly recommend the apartment, I felt at home.

Alex's apartment is very nice It's simple and cozy!!!! It is almost in front of the Shopping Mall of Rio das Ostras where we find several shops and food court. In addition to cinema. The condominium offers swimming pool, court, game room, etc. However, to use the swimming pool it is necessary to have a medical certificate!!!!

Our stay in the 2025 Carnival period was very quiet. The Marlon space is very quiet, despite being a condominium. The apartment is well airy, as it has windows in all rooms, so it also ceases to have a little privacy because the other units of the condominium have a direct view into the apartment and vice versa. A Black-out curtain or installation of insulfimes on the windows would easily solve this little detail. Outside this served my family very well....we went in 6 people and had space and bed for everyone. The kitchen was well equipped with the basic utensils to prepare a meal. The only thing we missed was a way to bake pizza, as we bought at the market and had to improvise to bake the pizza. Therefore, if you are looking for a space in Rio das Ostras to spend a period, I strongly recommend Marlon's space. In front of the shopping mall Rio das Ostras and the Wholesale Market....well located.

The house is great, super spacious, my dogs were super comfortable and took advantage of the stay, a super clean house, smelling, Mr. Adilson was also super helpful. It has a very cute garden and for those who like an acerola harvested from the foot will love, super spacious kitchen with all the utensils available and has a very good gourmet space as well. We love the stay and we definitely intend to go back.

The apartment of Mr. Paulo is exactly as he appears in the photos, the condominium is very quiet, excellent for rest. The location is great, facing the wholesale market and very close to Shopping Plaza, both the wholesale market and the mall can be reached on foot, even with a child. Every time I needed to ask questions, Mr. Paulo answered me very quickly, attentively and politely. When we arrived the apartment was very clean and smelled good (smell of cleaning, I already felt at home)😊, in the apartment there are several pillows, 2 very powerful fans, the beds are good. The shower is great, a lot of water falls. In the kitchen, there is a stove and a new, large refrigerator, there are some kitchen utensils, sandwich maker and blender, meets the basic needs. A SUGGESTION: add a few more basic utensils such as a cutting knife, pasta drainer, sieve, and large spoon. Just a suggestion! It ☺was very good and we intend to return more often.

I went to Macaé with my fiancé to pass New Year's Eve of 2024/25. We stay for 8 days. We love everything from beginning to end. Márcia is always very polite and requests, and always responded quickly to contacts. The apartment is too beautiful, and the condominium is very safe and organized. The air conditioning works very well, especially the one in the single room, the showers are great, the kitchen is missing absolutely nothing, it is quite complete with new utensils and pans.
