Beach house vacation rentals in Rincón

Staying at Bill’s place was arguably our best Airbnb experience ever. The oceanfront property is stunning—so beautiful and peaceful, and everything we hoped for. Bill was wonderfully communicative, and not only greeted us upon arrival, but also provided lots of wonderful recommendations for food and activities. Bill also provides *everything* you need for a beach day — towels, chairs, umbrellas, coolers, snorkeling gear, etc. He has a grill on the private patio and grilling equipment too. In sum, the stay alone was already pretty wonderful, but Bill’s hospitality really put the experience over the top. Would 100% recommend staying here, and hope to visit again and a future trip to Rincón.

We had a great stay in Jeanne’s villa in Rincón. The location is amazing - beautiful, secluded, relaxing and will lots to do nearby. We booked on short notice and the host went the extra mile to make sure the villa was ready for us. Communication was also great. Everything was spotless when we arrived. The villa is well furnished/stocked, comfortable and exactly as pictured. Thank you Jeanne! Hope we can go back soon!

This home is absolutely magical. It is in a quiet neighborhood with an amazing location right on the beach. The back sun room and deck are the perfect place to spend your vacation. The home is a short drive to many great restaurants and things to do. Can’t wait to return.

This was one of my favorite stays. The house is beautiful and unique. The location is right on the beach and it was so amazing to have 24/7 access to an amazing beach. One morning we sat out front in the chairs and watched a group of manatees swimming not even 100 yards in front of us. The dinner table is outside and it was such a welcome change to sit in the beautiful weather as a family. Rincon is a great town with so many great restaurants and shops to explore. They provided a super clear and comprehensive digital welcome pack that went over everything we needed with great recommendations. We have a big family (7) and there was plenty of room for all of us. The beds were so cozy after spending a day in the sun with super cold ACs and being able to hear the ocean waves right outside the house. WE ALL LOVED OUR STAY! Highly recommend!

Casa Edala was a great place for a relaxing tropical family vacation! Our family of 5 found the space adequate for our needs and the kitchen was well stocked for us to cook a couple of meals. The recommendations for local restaurants were very helpful. The private pool was fantastic and the beach was 2 blocks away! The provided beach gear was convenient. Eileen was responsive and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed.

My family visited and we wanted to stay local. We truly felt right at home. There was everything we could possibly need . Everything was clean and organized . The view and sounds of the ocean were something out of a movie . The host was very friendly and responsive . We were overjoyed with our stay and definitely intend to book again

This is my favorite Airbnb I have ever stayed in, in the most beautiful location, with so many amenities, a reef right off the backyard to snorkel, private beach, private pool. I can’t describe how perfect it is. If you’re looking for a place to stay in Rincon… this is it. I will be coming here every year!!

Excelente opción para disfrutar de un fin de semana largo cerca de la playa Black Eagle, especialmente si en la familia hay adolescentes o niños mayores. Además, es el único lugar en el que nos hemos hospedado en Puerto Bahía donde ni siquiera notamos si se va la electricidad, algo que ocurre con frecuencia en esta zona.

We loved our stay at Kasa Kamias. A short (downhill) walk to one of Rincon’s best beaches but high enough on the hill to enjoy ocean views for days! The house was pristine and the private pool was an incredible vibe for relaxing after a long day at the beach. We would stay here again!

Nuestra experiencia en este Airbnb fue simplemente excelente. Desde el primer momento, la comunicación con el anfitrión fue rápida, clara y muy amable. El check-in fue fácil y sin complicaciones. El lugar es tal como se muestra en las fotos (¡o incluso mejor!). Muy limpio y cómodo. La cama era comodísima, la cocina estaba completamente equipada, y todo funcionaba perfectamente. También destaco la tranquilidad del barrio y lo bien ubicado que está. Definitivamente volveríamos a alojarnos aquí y lo recomendaría sin dudar a cualquier persona que busque una estadía cómoda y sin sorpresas. ¡Gracias por todo!

Our family with 2 kids really enjoyed our stay. Great having a safe swimming beach nearby along with a few restaurant choices about 2 blocks away, but all the great beaches and other great restaurants were a 5-10 minute drive away, so the location was great .Yilma was always very responsive to any questions we had.

Celeste’s place was exactly how I imagined it . We immediately felt right at home. Celeste thought about every little detail and necessity we could have needed during our stay. Thank you Celeste for hosting us — we hope to return soon.

Exactamente como descrito y como se ve en las fotos. La casa está bien decorada, impecablemente limpia, camas muy cómodas, aire acondicionado en todas las áreas de la casa, televisión en todos los cuartos y en la sala, suficientes toallas para todos los invitados, varias sillas de playa y la piscina hermosa, limpia y con una vista al verde de Puerto Rico espectacular. Aunque queda ubicada en un área tipo campo, eso lo hace un lugar tranquilo y las instrucciones para llegar están exactas por lo que no necesité comunicarme para nada. Fue una estadía espectacular e inolvidable para un momento muy especial en mi vida junto a mi familia. Si seleccionan este lugar no se van a arrepentir. Extrenadamente agradecida.

We had a wonderful stay at Leanne’s house and I would definitely return again! We had a little trouble finding it on the google maps link but she responded immediately and assisted us to locate it pretty quickly. The house was well equipped with everything we needed including beach chairs, towels, and a cooler. The bedrooms were very comfortable with AC and we slept so well. We loved the pool!

Came to PR during the island wide blackout and the property was 100% equipped to handle it. The generator powered AC units in each room that cooled within minutes and we were super comfy/cool our entire stay, even with no island power! We had lights, microwave and fridge/freezer all with generator! They also have a water tank so showers were also available. Marta was AMAZING with her instantaneous communication with us. I had extra questions to help us navigate the blackout and she responded immediately. The little touches like the cooler, beach chairs, fins and snorkels and adorable beach towels for our use were so helpful. You can walk to Red Flamboyan restaurant which was delicious and you can walk down the hill to a beautiful beach that’s almost a hidden gem - way less populated than other beaches we visited. Also by that walkable beach is a delicious taco stand for lunch! Close to everything- downtown w shops and restaurants about 10 minutes by car. Everything was super clean!

Mikes place is beautiful. This was one of the most comfortable and well appointed Airbnb we had ever stayed in. This is not some corporation that manages dozens of places as this site has sadly become. This is their home that they have luckily decided to share. From the moment you step inside you can tell that the place is maintained with great pride, love and attention to detail. My wife loved the decorations and personal touches. The area has lots to do. Close to restaurants beaches and great recommendations by the host. If you are a surfer there is a ten page report on the local areas to go. Hot water is hot and the pressure was great (not common in PR). The beds was extremely comfortable. It was immaculately clean thanks to Roger who maintains the place, and had anything you could ever think of. Mike communicated clearly and always answered within minutes. A perfect stay. I would definitely stay here again . Don't hesitate book it right now.

We couldn’t be more pleased with the Airbnb! It was so amazing! The location could not be better. Four minute walk to steps beach. Snorkeling, beautiful nature, adorable donkey’s. It was just amazing! The cabin and pool were great. Rachael was an amazing host. She took great care of us. We grilled out and enjoyed the amazing ocean view and sunset. I would love to stay here again. Five star!!!!! Thank you Rachael for being an amazing host🥰

I’ve been meaning to write a review for days but since our returned still feeling those vacation vibes! For the 4 of us , my wife and 2 girls had space and we used the kitchen for breakfast , the jacuzzi to relax and had movie nights. We would stay there again and probably for more time! 5 nights wasn’t enough! Thank you Freddie !

This is a spacious and comfortable home within walking distance of a beach, several restaurants, bars, and small shops. There is on-site parking and several nice touches, such as beach chairs and towels available for use, in addition to a washer and dryer (and laundry supplies)!

Stay was good. Close to attractions. Would book again.

I definitely recommend 10 of 10 everything was clean plenty of space for 4 people. Walkable distance to beach,restaurants,and bars.

I stayed at Heather and Rene’s with 3 other adults. Definitely more space than we needed but they had what we were looking for. Nice kitchen, most everything you need to cook full meal (minus cooking supplies). Great open hang out spaces on top and middle floors. We did not mind the exterior stairs to navigate the levels. Top and middle floor beds were super comfortable. Appreciated the grill, blender and drip coffee pot. ACs worked great! Beautiful views and location. Sunrise and sets on the roof. Pool was awesome, a cool escape from the sun in the afternoon. Walking distance to several restaurants and to the beach if you don’t mind a bit of a steep hill. Would definitely stay again.
