Kato Paphos Studio 1

The studio was fully renovated in June 2018. It has all the latest amenities, it's cosy, big, comfortable and has beautiful style. Brand new bathroom and toilet. The kitchen has everything you need like hobs, mini oven, cookery essentials. It's very close to many hotels in Kato Paphos and to many archeological museums. Private parking is just outside of entrance door. Huge supermarket is opposite from the apartment.3 minutes walking to the sea and 8 minutes walk to the old harbor and old castle!

Sunny apartment with sea view

The apartment is located in a prestigious complex with a modern elevator, 700 meters from the sandy beach (Venus), next to the promenade and the Lidl supermarket, close to restaurants. The shopping center Kings Avenue Mall with numerous shops, restaurants and a cinema is within walking distance from the complex. The Regina Gardens 1 complex has a landscaped garden with 2 swimming pools for adults and 1 for children. The apartment is on the second floor with a large sunny terrace and sea views.
