Our comfortable, spacious & cozy bungalow, located in the beautiful wooded outskirts of Holten (nabei de Holterberg), between the nature reserve de Borkeld and the national park de Sallandse hillback. The area is perfect for cycling, walking, and other outdoor activities. Becoming between the many birds and squirrels. In the lovely garden around the house, the various seats invite you to enjoy a lot of outdoors. The house has recently been completely renovated.

Our chalet is located on the recreation park Hessenheem. The chalet is located on a spacious plot, which provides a lot of privacy. The park has the following: - Private outdoor swimming pool (free of charge); - Bistro “de Loep”; - Food and drink “Buuf en Buur”; - & various playgrounds. In the area there are many beautiful cycling and hiking opportunities. Next to the pool on the park, opposite the park is a public indoor and outdoor pool “the five hills”.

On the covered terrace you can have a delicious breakfast or later in the sun loungers. The kitchen is fully equipped. The large bedroom has a spacious bed with a wonderful mattress, and thanks to the fast WiFi and the desk, the large room also offers a full-fledged workplace. The little bedroom offers two extra sleeping places.

The farmhouse exterior features large, leafy trees framing the entrance, which is adorned with dark shutters and light green doors. Flower pots are placed on either side of the door, enhancing the inviting appearance. A well-maintained lawn extends in front of the house.

Our farmhouse is situated in Dijkerhoek (Holten) in The Netherlands. We live close to National Park Sallandse Heuvelrug and the beautiful city of Deventer. The front part of our farmhouse, the 'voorhuis' is available for guests. Dijkerhoek is a small village, proud of its mill 'De Hegeman'. The farmhouse is surrounded by meadows and small countryroads that are perfect for hours of bicycling or walking. You can use our bicycles.
