A welcoming and peaceful accommodation on a pedestrian street in Saumur, extremely well located where everything is very accessible. The hosts were lovely and very responsive. I highly recommend their restaurant at the foot of the apartment! I had a great stay for a first time in the area 🤍 Would come back for sure!

Smack in the middle of the old town. Just what we wanted. There must be twenty cafes or restaurants within 100m. The appartment is small but very well organised, clean and comfortable with nice decor and thoughtful touches. Double glazed; we had no problem with noise, but they provide ear plugs if case someone ‘s having a big night in the square below! We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time with the family in Saint-Nicolas-de-Bourgueil. The house is very clean, comfortable and perfectly equipped, with everything you need to feel at home. The garden is beautiful and the setting is absolutely enchanting. The area is full of treasures to discover. A big thank you to Carole for hosting us and for her availability. Perfect house for a stay with friends! There were 11 of us and we all loved it: super nice common areas, comfortable rooms, everything was very clean and perfectly equipped. Valerie has always been lovely and responsive. We recommend it without a second thought!

The accommodation offered is as advertised, clean and warm. Many amenities and products are available for the comfort of the stay. Parking is available in the courtyard of the house. The neighborhood is very quiet and wooded.

Laetitia is very nice, caring and accommodating. The apartment was impeccable: clean, welcoming and functional. The kitchen was very well equipped, with everything you need to prepare your delicious meal! The small downside is that the collective heating was not on and we did not get very hot (we appreciated having blankets available). We had a lovely weekend! And all of my friends and I highly recommend taking this place.

Albert was present and proactive. They reported that the itinerary did not match the address. This is an Airbnb issue for which he can't get a resolution. Nothing dramatic but route proposed in the opposite direction

Hello, We stayed in this apartment for 4 nights, very nice host, helpful, responsive, with good advice on what to do in the surrounding area. The apartment was very good, good location, quite large. Two small downsides, the key box to collect the keys is not on the landing but on the other side of the bridge, and the insulation of the apartment which is not perfect, but that does not prevent sleeping or otherwise. Very nice stay, in a very nice apartment and a very nice host too. I highly recommend it.
