Cozy living room with TV, fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious bathroom. Large bedroom with a queen-size bed, desk, and relaxation corner. Outside: garden, small terrace, and a bright lean-to. High-speed fiber optic WiFi. Bed linens and towels provided. On demand for the pull-out couch.

Two bedrooms each with a 140 bed and Poss for 2 other people (BZ in the living room: chapel ceiling). (10 euros extra/night beyond 5 people). Free BB kit. Night at 70 euros, minimum 2 nights + 0.80 euros/tax/stay/adult. Housekeeping not included (€20 extra if desired + €10/bed made) tranquility and change of scenery guaranteed.

Situated in a peacefull hamlet made with stones, far from any busy roads, at the gates of Brittany "Les prés de la Janais" has a vast property of 20 000 m2, including a large garden, a pound, an apple orchard, an undergrowth, a pasture, and playgroup for kids (trampoline, guntry, turnstile). A small brook and a communal road delimit our property. The site is surrounded by organic pasture, and the biodiveristy is very riche.
