The loft is about 130 square meters, ceiling height 5.5 meters 50% of the area is designed for wellness & living only. Bathtub, daybed, 2-person spiral shower and Real wood fireplace leave nothing to be desired. In summer, a 5 x 4 meter gate can be opened which makes the lower loft area a convertible. The large kitchenette and the block are suitable for events A wine refrigerator, 4 gas burners and a ceramic stovetop are included

Erhole dich in unserer ruhigen Maisonette-Wohnung (ca. 55 m²). Im Wohnzimmer hat man bei gemütlichem Kaminfeuer einen Blick auf das freigelegte und vielfach mit Fenstern versehene Fachwerk. Ein Großteil der Wohnung wurde mit dem Werkstoff 'Holz' gefertigt und unterstreicht den Gemütlichkeitsfaktor. Centrally located in the historic center. Quiet, and bright. Note: Apt. is on the third floor (no elevator!). The 2 bedrooms are each at the end of the hallway. Well equipped eat-in kitchen. Sights, restaurants, and wine bars are very close. The pier on the Rhine is a few minutes walk away. Parking along the city wall by the highway. 2 bedrooms, each with 1 double bed (for 2 people each). In the living room there is also a sofa bed that can accommodate an additional 2 people.

In summer, cows graze with their calves a few meters from the house. Your apartment is about 55 square meters and suitable for up to 4 adults. Parking is available right in front of the house. It's just a few hundred meters to the forest or the nearest hiking trail (Klingelflos dream loop).

Zum Goldenen Reh - Vacation at home.

You'll love my place because it offers outdoor space close to nature, and is largely furnished in the 50s style, the construction period of the house. My place is close to hiking trails in the forest and nature, the Geierlay suspension rope bridge in Mörsdorf, which opened in 2015, an animal adventure park in Bell and the castle town of Kastellaun. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families.

Mehr Mittelrheinromantik geht nicht.
