In the immediate vicinity is the Pfrunger-Burgweiler Ried Nature Reserve, the second largest moor area in southwestern Germany. This natural experience is within walking distance and offers the opportunity to participate in various guided tours. The area offers numerous hiking and biking trails, natural swimming lakes and a variety of gastronomy.

The bright cozy apartment with private entrance is furnished for 2 people. In the park-like garden there are seats and a biotope with frogs, fish and dragonflies. Fly screens keep annoying insects away. Wi-Fi, HD smart TV and books are available free of charge. The king size bed is 2 x 2 m. Your vehicle parks for free on our property. Located in Guggenhausen, this newly built 100 m² holiday home accommodates up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms (2 with double beds, one with 2 single beds) and 2 bathrooms. The two-storey house features a living and dining area with sofa and fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen offers an induction hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and coffee machine. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, satellite TV, washing machine, baby cot, high chair, as well as toys and books for children.

Beautiful, separate apartment in the attic in our detached house with beautiful views of the Dreiseen landscape. 200 m to the lake pool. An extensive well-kept hiking network, bike paths and thermal baths invite you to get to know our area. Illmensee is a very good starting point for attractive leisure activities, such as the lake park with foot golf, golf and water skiing, which can be reached in 15 minutes. Ravensburger Spieleland can be reached in about 30 minutes.

The granny apartment is in a very quiet location without through traffic at the edge of the forest. The surroundings invite you to take long walks, bike tours or hikes. The apartment has about 40 square meters of living space and has a separate entrance, as well as a terrace overlooking the pond. Überlingen on Lake Constance is in approx. 15 minutes by car. The nearest swimming lake Illmensee or Pfullendorf is also in approx. 20 minutes.
