Simone and Pete were fantastic hosts. We loved the location and beautiful surroundings. The size of the place was great, nearby parking was easy and affordable, and being on the lake with easy ability to day trip nearby was a big plus!

Small but absolutely fine! The apartment is optimally laid out and stylishly furnished – modern, cozy and very thoughtful. We were particularly impressed by the clever storage options, which provide a surprising amount of space. Ideal for families: A baby chair and a travel bed are provided. The location is also great – quiet, but still central with everything close by. We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back!

Great loft with special atmosphere and absolutely successful furnishings. Very accommodating and uncomplicated communication from the hosts. We were personally and very warmly welcomed and said goodbye. Clear recommendation!

We were with 2 children for a conference in the area. Vanessa and welcomed us very warmly and provided us with great tips for excursions. The apartment was clean and beautifully decorated and we were always assured that if we were missing something, we could ask at any time. A clear recommendation!

Nice hosts! Beautifully designed apartment, a successful mix of a few beautifully restored solid wood furniture and many new modern furniture made of solid wood, all color-coordinated and lovingly and discreetly decorated. Everything clean, good mattresses... The kitchen is super equipped - there was nothing missing. You can hear the main road below (during the day), but it didn't bother us, especially since the proximity to the lake was just great. This is within walking distance. I'd love to come back!!

Nice place, nice cottage, everything has been thought of. Good communication with Kimmie. It's great that the beds are made. Park is quite cramped, but with a lovely spacious backyard.

The house was clean and exactly as described, the surroundings very nice. Unfortunately, it rained heavily during our vacation. Of course, no one can control the weather. We would definitely come again.

We had three great days in the beautiful apartment. Everything was super clean and very nicely decorated. We didn't miss anything. It is centrally located and within walking distance of a bakery with a small cafe, several restaurants and Lake Bostal. In the evening we could relax wonderfully in the sauna (for which there were two types of infusions) and in the hot tub. Thanks to the quick check-in after booking, Nicolas saved our vacation, as our actually booked vacation home was a complete disappointment and we had to quickly look for a replacement. The communication was also great. Thank you! We will be happy to come back ☺️

We felt right at home, in this beautiful chalet. Everything has been thought of, tip top in order, and a very friendly host. A wonderful mattress, bed is made, towels are plenty. Also nice, a large refrigerator, which is nice. Nice seating areas and beautifully decorated and nice plants everywhere, which we also took good care of. And wonderfully quiet A beautiful view ,and especially the sunset! Our dog Juul has swum a lot, and you can also take a nice walk there. We will definitely come back here Thanks for everything Nicole

The accommodation is great if you are cycling along the Rhine or Lake Constance. It was very neat and clean and it had everything you need to cook. When the salt ran out, Nancy helped out in a flash : ) There was a separate seat with its own table and chairs outside, we had it to ourselves. However, it would be very tight in the apartment for four, so I would rather go as two. The village is small and quiet, the lake section very beautiful. It has something three restaurants on the lake. We were particularly impressed by the campsite's bistro. There is no train, so I would definitely recommend coming by bike.

The place was very nice and cozy, perfect for families, with many excursion options in the area - The place and Lake Constance are best reached by car. Eric and his family were very nice and gave us many tips.

We felt very comfortable with Doris this week. The apartment is located in the beautiful Lotzbeckpark. You can hear the birds singing and at night the noise of the waves from Lake Constance. The apartment is small but very nice and has everything it needs for a relaxing holiday. We will be happy to come back.

One of the most beautiful vacations ever. We had an incredibly nice time at Lake Constance and spent our first vacation there as a family. We were provided with a travel bed for toddlers. Everything was clean, well-maintained, stylishly furnished. A washing machine and dryer were available to us. Which can be very convenient with a baby. The host was very quick to answer questions. We definitely want to come back. One week was too short. Even in the rain, we could enjoy Lake Constance, through the beautiful view from the living room and dining room. The balcony is covered and wind protected. That was really great. We also thought it was great that we could barbecue there. An all-round great vacation in a quiet location and yet you can reach other places super. The guest card gave you a lot of discounts. We would love to come back, even wanted to extend directly. Unfortunately, the apartment was fully booked.

Beautiful house. Spacious, clean, nice view. And nice and free. Only thing you hear are birds and somewhere someone who works on the land. So rest everywhere. All provided, nice towels, good beds. Small note, the bedroom with the "older"bed had no direct outside light and air. They had solved it very well, but if you are someone who likes to sleep with an open window, you have to sleep in the room with the separate beds. Wasn't a problem for us, but it's just for your info. We would come back again in a heartbeat.

One of the nicest apartments I've been to. Perfect location, great amenities, very clean… The feel-good factor was extremely high from the first second. Communication with Julia couldn't have been better. If I could give 6 stars, I would. Clear recommendation!

We had a great time at Stefan‘s unit. It is beautifully decorated and has everything you need to get into holiday mode as soon as you get there incl basic supplies, 2 well maintained bikes, and kayaks with lifejackets ready to go. It’s about a 300 m walk to a (pebble) beach area that’s about as laid back and private as it gets on the lake. A large woodland area stretches from the doorstep all the way to Meersburg. There is a baker, a well stocked C store, and a fair range of hospitality businesses in the centre of Unteruhldingen about 20 minutes‘ walk away. This meant we hardly felt the need to go anywhere else at all. Particularly recommend Hotel Seehof and the gelateria next to the Minigolf. Even spectacular Birnau church is within reach of a leisurely 6 km walk. Thank you Stefan for all the care that has gone into making us feel right at home at this awesome place.
