Welcome to Villa Maria, our fairy tale guest house in a calm location next to the forest and with a vast garden in the village Lauterbourg in Northern Alsace, France. It's just 5 min by foot to the heart of the village with a couple of bakeries, restaurants, a grocery store and small shops, or 10 min to the beach & lake. It's only 2 min by car from Germany, and a perfect location for exploring the Rhine border region Karlsruhe-Strasbourg, or for a rest on the way when travelling across Europe.

The apartment is suitable for 2 guests and is located in the left wing of our double-farmhouse, built around 1796. The separate entrance gives you the feeling to live in your own house. Exposed facades on the inner walls, some with glazing and colored sandstone elements lend this accommodation a special charm. Thermen & Badewelt Sinsheim, PreZero Arena of TSG 1899 Hoffenheim and technical museum Sinsheim ~ 10 min drive. The event location ‚Landgut Schloss Michelfeld‘ is a 2 minutes walk.

The apartment is on the outskirts of Gemmingen-Stebbach. It is equipped with everything you need and more. The apartment is ideal for 2 people. If necessary, sleeping places could be extended on the sofa bed or crib. In the garden there is a playground with sandbox, slide, pirate deck, trampoline and climbing wall for free use. Families are very welcome! Hot tub use is possible for an additional energy charge of €10 per day and must be announced in advance to heat it up. 11 kW wallbox

Our house at the outskirts of Gaiberg is surrounded by meadows and forests, all accessible via numerous hiking and cycling paths and only 10 km away from the City Centre of Heidelberg. The newly furnished sous-terrain flat is your comfy home base for romantic walks or long hikes / bike tours through Odenwald. If sore feet keep you from hiking you reach the vibrant city centre of Heidelberg within 15 min by car. It takes even less time to drive to the famous castle. Car is recommended!

1850 - charming historic living

The location makes it easy to plan your visit. Shops and the tram to Heidelberg centre are a few minutes by foot, around the corner is a park with playground and a public swimming pool is nearby. Great excursions await: the famous Philosophers walk and Heidelberg castle, Schwetzingen with its beautiful castle gardens, historic Speyer and wonderful trails to explore along the Neckar river and in the Odenwald forest. Walkers, cyclists, families or couples, there‘s lots for everyone.

In the middle of the sports community of Heddesheim is the lovingly renovated, spacious apartment for 1-7 people on the upper floor of our former farmhouse. You will find "4 bedrooms" (see pictures), 2 bathrooms with shower and toilet, a kitchen with spacious dining area, as well as a living room and a large lounge area in the former granary for playing, listening to music, reading and chilling. A washing machine, dryer, 2 high chairs and 2 baby cribs are provided.

Close to nature and relaxing, coupled with proximity to the metropolises of the region. In this new and modern attic apartment you can expect two rooms with a bathroom, kitchen and balcony on an area of approx. 65 square meters. The entire apartment is equipped with underfloor heating.

Our lovingly renovated apartment is located in the heart of Edenkoben directly on the Weinstraße. The Southern Palatinate and the Palatinate Forest invite you with their popular excursion destinations, countless refreshment stops, modern wine bars, good wine and Palatinate hospitality. The climatic health resort of Edenkoben is conveniently located, has bus and train and is only a few kilometers from Neustadt a.d.W. and Landau.

The famous blue tower can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot and the river (Neckar) can also be reached on foot within a few minutes.
