Amazing apartment in a quiet location. Parking space available for guests if you’re traveling by car and the place is brand new, very clean and modern, the only small downside for us personally was the smart home system. A little tricky to manage if you’re not tech savvy :) also a microwave would be useful. Overall a perfect find if you want to hike around Tyrol and stay close to Innsbruck.

We felt very comfortable from the beginning. It's a great apartment where nothing is missing. If we had any questions, we could always contact the hosts and immediately received an answer.

The stay at the apartment was great all around. The area is beautiful, Lisa and Felix are very likable and the apartment itself is cozy and you immediately feel comfortable. The area itself is great for excursions of any kind and you can quickly reach the mountain for hiking, biking or simply exploring the area. We will be happy to come back and highly recommend the apartment.

The apartment was wonderfully modern. In the kitchen/living room and bathroom are smart speakers who have done good services. We felt "at home" as they say. If you like it quiet, this is definitely the place to be.

Selma was available whenever we needed her, but still discreet. The apartment is located in the same building and yet it feels very private. We can highly recommend this place and we would vacation here again any time.

We had a wonderful holiday week with our motorcycles at Karin's. The apartment is as great as in the pictures, just a beautiful view from every window. At the same time, generous enough to sit with 4 people, but you don't have to. Our motorcycles were excellently stowed in the garage. My personal highlight was the waterbed in the master bedroom. Both Karin and her father were very warm, a great feel-good package. Incidentally, the described washing machine was also useful and is in the bathroom. All in all: A top recommendation, always happy to come back if we should go to the Ötztal again.

I spent a wonderful week in Patrick's apartment with my dog. We felt totally comfortable in the very clean and spacious apartment. If you want to enjoy the quiet nature, Vorderhornbach is the place to be out of season. You can take wonderful walks/hikes directly from the apartment. Communication with the host was great. We will definitely be back and can absolutely recommend the apartment!

Had a super nice stay! We were warmly welcomed and the place was fantastic for our family. With the guest card we were allowed to use the outdoor swimming pool in the area and we enjoyed that a number of times

The place is very clean and the two hosts are extremely accommodating and friendly. The amenities are very good and you have a beautiful view from the balcony. The location is quiet and beautiful and a good starting point for excursions in the area. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back!

Beautiful and functionally furnished apartment in a beautiful and well located apartment building. Mountain railways and hiking trails in walking distance. The description was completely accurate and the hosts were extremely friendly and accommodating. We traveled with a toddler, high chair and cot were provided immediately upon request. We were very satisfied overall, thank you so much!

A very nice and quiet place to stay, as it does not face the street directly, it is very quiet and you can park right in front of the entrance. In addition, you have a clear view of the mountains from almost every window.
